Lovely hotel with nice landscape and quiet. Pool amazing and the beach just across the hotel. Food very reasonable and good taste and the staff very nice. Only sometimes wi-fi on and off. The water pressure cold wand hot works well. Definitely would love to stay here again no doubt.

Great location. Across the road from the beach. Good Breakfast. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Set amongst gardens with two pools. Poor wifi, rooms are showing their age. Safe did not work. Front door lock problems, mould in the bathroom. Very old bath towels. They are currently renovating so rooms m ay improve.

We usually always stay on the Kuta side but decided to try this place due to affordability and its location. We were not disappointed. The only negatives for me was the older gentlemen at the front desk wasn't that friendly and they had renovations on at the time but the positives were..... The young fella who took us to our room made up for the coldness of the gentlemen at the front desk. The renovations although annoying looked like they were going to ad value to the place. Its location was awesome, as you hardly get hassled on the beachside walk like you do in Kuta and if you head to the Seminyalk end ( we went to B9B alot) you don't get hassled much their either. If you decided to go to the busy side which is where the hotel entrance is there were some great places to eat and shop. We discovered Sianola which was excellent mexican . The breakfast was excellent . Overall the location was fantastic. We will definitely be hear again. Also the pool bar makes some great drinks and so did Dewi who my wife loved at the restaurant. The best Margeritas.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had one of the bungalows bedside the pool. It was just redone and is beautiful! Everything is close...room, restaurant, and beach! The food is excellent in the restaurant and the staff is very friendly! A shout out to Ketut in the pool bar, everything was so clean and great drinks! The hotel is being renovated so make sure you ask for a renovated room! Overall very good value!

Booked direct with hotel via email as rates cheaper than what they advertise on their website plus didn’t have to pay all nights upfront for good rate with booking online agents. Arrived at 10 pm and reception quick and friendly. Bags taken to room for us plus the luggage porter also showed us to our room and went through the lights , safe locking, mini bar, and so on - very helpful. Room has a wardrobe, sitting chair, blackout curtains, small fridge, umbrellas kettle tea coffee supplies, 2 x waters free plus basic toiletries. Please note there is no iron if your that way inclined. Shower is inside the bath in standard rooms but walk in shower in the newly refurbished deluxe rooms. Hotel also does laundry and i well priced. Stairs up to reception and down into the resort area where you come across the first pool. This has approx 24 poolside beds and umbrellas around it and is the quieter oool area. Path then leads down the the first lot of rooms o. Both side of the path - 2 level buildings with approx 8 ground floor rooms on each side and and same on second story- these are the standard rooms. Decent size , clean and plenty weight room for 2 people. Follow the path further to reach the next block of rooms w are a repeat of standard rooms but are the deluxe rooms and are closer to the main pool where the pool bar is located. These are newly renovated. Then there is 4 rooms right next to pool area which are larger and are the super deluxe rooms. Didnt get to see inside these but are in a great location. The main pool area opens at 8 but it’s no problem to be at the pool earlier just no towels are available until then. The pool bar opens at 10 am and also serves good food. Pizzas 99rp fish and chips 75 to, salads 65rp some Indonesian foods and plenty of other choices of burgers, soups, deserts, rolls etc. cocktails are done well and plenty of choices- 89 or 99rp. This pool area is pretty social and had a really good vibe and friendly people around. Back ground music playing and staff excellent. The main resultant is right next to the main pool and looks towards the ocean. Breakfast is served here from 7 am. Pancake station, cereal, breads and fruit is all buffet style and then the rest is order from the menu. You can order what ever you want and mix it up by ordering extra sides such as mushroom, sausages , tomatoes , avocado , baked beans, potato onion etc. eggs done anyway, omelettes , eggs Benedict, baked eggs etc. they also have the health bowls which is fruits and granolas, mueslis with yogurt etc. juice is supplied and freshly squeezed - about 5 flavours to choose from. They also have a coffee bar if you don’t want the Bali coffee or Nescafé they offer for free. Again the staff in this area are wonderful, helpful and super friendly. Lunch and dinner can also be eaten here. Room service is available 24 hours. There is a spa room at the hotel near the quiet pool that does massage etc used them once for massage and facial- was ok but this is not really advertised and girls sit all day doing not much. Cheaper nicer and better on the street. There is many restaurants surrounding hotel both street side and back front. There is a small mini mart type shop opposite hotel called Kevin’s shop if don’t want to use the circle K around the corner. Hotel is in Greta location and is the traditional Bali style hotel that are really hard to find as now those seem to be getting pulled down and replaced with more modem and In my opinion sterile looking hotels. We met many people here who come year after year. Glad to see renovations being done as hoping this little gem stays around for a long time. When we arrived most people ages always around 50 - 70 with some younger couples too. A couple of young families have since booked in but doesn’t really seem to attract too many young families as there is no interconnecting room options. We paid $90 a night for a standard superior room which we o pay booked 2 weeks prior to arriving. Other guests that booked 6 months earlier paid $75 but in any case I believe it was value for money and would be happy to return. Have attached some pics of prices of room service , mini bar and massages prices as pics of hotel from others shows hotel as it is. Hope this gives a good overview for f the hotel
