All the staff are so friendly from the front staff to the breakfast staff. If I can point out two amazing staff members will be Kris the manager and Devita, she is so friendly and helpful, in my eyes she needs a promotion.💕 The only negative review is that the breakfast don’t really change and please no DJ at breakfast. Rooms are clean, so from my point I cannot fault anything. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much to all. Love Sonja

This was my third stay at Solia, I love staying here. Beautiful rooms and pool. One of the employees, Artana was really helpful, he answered all of my questions and actually remembered my name from my last trip. I will definitely stay here again.

lthough staff was extremely friendly the hotel stay was very uncomfortable. Pictures are deceiving. Beds are hard. Bottled water upon request and only 2 complimentary a day. They do not have an Iron available and will tell you there is a wait for many requests. If you have diabetes or any health conditions they do not offer sugar free alternatives. The gym is not equipped with a treadmill. There is a serious language barrier even with in house staff. The seltzer water 6 oz can is about $3 USD. Couldn’t wait to the week to be over to book another hotel. Staff is friendly however you get what you pay for at Solia. Some of these ads are definitely paid for. TOWELS DIRTY

We stayed at Sol House By Melia in 2019, it was really great now in 2023 we stayed at the new Sol house with the new owner management. Well first of all AC was not cold during our stayed 5 nights, we got upgraded with another room with the same AC condition, the management or staff were too lazy to even fix anything. So we had to put up with it this during our holiday. We woke up every morning 3 days in the row like 7 AM with a chainsaw noise beside our room, the neighbor hotel had the gardener cut the trees starting at 7 AM. Still the management don’t even care. We called the receptionist and they can’t even do anything and just blaming the neighbors hotel instead of contacting them regarding the issues. The breakfast were so tasteless so we decided to eat at Kim Soo in Seminyak instead. They didn’t even provide a basic good coffee in the morning. The staff at the breakfast restaurant we’re not professionals, they were just kids start working at the hotel, they were barely understand what the guest want and need. We went to the rooftop bar, well the staff were hanging at the bars like they don’t give a sh*t about the guest. They were smoking, drinking and talking at the bars and listen to the music. They just gave us the look and continue to drink and smoking like they are the guest. I mean this is the first time in my entire life I checked in to the hotel with the staff they don’t give a sh*t about their guest. If the staff are in their on their day off please go to another bar don’t stay at the bar your guest stayed in. It’s stupid and unprofessionals. My suggestion is save your time and money to book another well prepared hotel than this one. We had lost our time and money stayed at this hotel. Good luck running this hotel at this bad condition in 1 year this will definitely go down.…

Clean modern rooms, great location, central to everything. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds with super comfy pillows. Amazing water pressure in shower. Highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to stay here again. 10/10

We had a great experience at Solia Legian. We arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel staff was smiling and ready to greet us. We had two rooms down the hall from each other, same floor. Our kids room was not set up with the beds separated which was fine for one night. They fixed it the next morning. The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked well. Housekeeping did a great job and the staff were very friendly. The pool area is nice and the water was cool and refreshing, although not very relaxing during the day due to its proximity to the street noise. The roof was a great place to view the fireworks on New Year's Eve. We weren't in our rooms a lot, we were out exploring, but when we were, we enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic hotel! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are new and very comfortable, the food in the restaurant is tasty. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Legian. I highly recommend this hotel. A great bargain and a great holiday.
