First of all; had a great stay. The pool is absolutely an eyecatcher, clean room and friendly staff. Got a welcome drink at check in and were escorted to our room behind the reception / restaurant. We had a "basic" hut (there are also more...More
I had selected the hotel purely based on the pictures which did not reveal the grounds being very burned, having to climb up rather high up in order to reach our villa. As others have stated, the pool is great and very well taken care...More
Bedulu is small and charming. Walking up we were greeted with a welcome pineapple juice. We then trekked up the stairs to our room. We were expecting the hike based on previous reviews - it's how you get those great views! The grounds are overgrown...More
Just finished watching the sunset at Sunset Point and started to stroll back down the hill towards Lipah Beach. After just 5 or so minutes we spied Bedulu Resort's billboard with the magic words...Fresh Coffee. We weren't disappointed. We ended up devouring a delicious wood-fired...More
We had a wonderful time at Bedulu! The swimming pool is amazing with a view on the sea! The staff is welcoming and the bungalows are very nice and clean. Breakfast is really good. We highly recommend this place.

It's about 10-15 minutes walk around a headland and down to a village which has 2-3 restaurants. There is also the best snorkelling here- better than the Japanese shipwreck. The resort itself has quite a decent restaurant perched up high with great views. Or drive to the next village. Cafes are dotted all along the Amed coast now. The main place of interest is the sea itself. The view and what's underneath. Not great beaches compared to Melbourne. Black sand. But the fishing boats are very colourful. Mt Agung looks fantastic in the distance.
