We had lunch at Aiona. A very balanced, nutritious, well prepared food that was quite tasty. It was not over priced for its quality and the care with which it was made. Probably it is meant for people who are seriously interested in healthy food. It was quite evident that a lot of thought and background knowledge had gone into... More

We were so lucky to have found this lovely place to have a healthy vegan/vegetarian lunch. Everything was perfect and for once all 3 of us found the food, drinks (fresh organic mango juice from their own trees & a real espresso) & dessert to be excellent. The service was very good and we enjoyed speaking with the owner Rahel.... More

This place is nicely decorated. We thought it had a beach view but it's actually a garden, it was very calm. Their food selection is minimalist but everything seems to be organic and top quality. Be prepared for quite high prices and also 15% to be added to your check for tax and service. Portions are ridiculous which is a... More

Aiona Garden of Health Aiona is such a beautiful place to stay and just enjoy yourself and relax. Claire is very welcoming and warm hearted. She made my stay very comfortable and I even could enjoy one yoga class with her which was a pleasure for me. I can't say anything about the past reviews as I made very good... More

We had a salad, juice and some dessert. Food was great and fresh. However, the owner was very rude. We asked if they did yoga, and the just said "yes we do". Nothing more. We tried to go down to the beach, and apparently we were not allowed to do so because people were meditating, which is ok. But the... More

I've been coming back here more than any other place around town. The food is always fresh and delicious. Not the cheapest place in Amed, but not expensive by any means. Food is always served quickly by friendly and attentive staff. I recommend the Nasi Campur Special and one of their kombucha drinks.

At a first look Aiona looks very good it's true, but trust its appearance: the charming hippi-lets-be-vegan-and-talk-about-good-energy aura its going to disappear when you see how small your dish is and how big the price is. To get an idea of how this spiritual palace work, when we arrived we were having a look around the place, looking at the... More

We ate lunch in this lovely garden twice. Food was excellent and worth the money we paid for (propper food should have its price, but its not overpriced). The dishes had a good size. Staff was very nice and friendly (but we didn't meet the owners;-)) environmental advice: here you can refill your water bottle for a small fee.

If you want to feel watched, unwelcome and have your toilet freedom revoked, be my guest. For a place boasting mental health and bodily well-being, I came away from it feeling very negative and agitated. Paid to get into the Shell Museum which was nice enough but filled with Mosquitos (surely the entry fee could buy a few herbal candles... More

AIONA is an oasis where I could relax, eat tasty vegetarian health food, watching and enjoying the ocean and join a gentle program with unique yoga, dance and meditation. My daily walk in that special Labyrinth, practicing a walk meditation, gave me a lot to balance myself. The ayurvedic consultation helped me, more better than before, in understanding my personal...
