We were there back in April 2016 checked in to suite room and no soaps and shower gel and nor drinking water or other amenities. No one was able to speak English at this International hotel. After 30 minutes I was able to get some shower gel and finally I understood that we have to wait for the other things...

I stayed at this Hotel for Business. I found it save, clean and well appointed. The desk staff was good but lacked much English. Hotel was very convenient for the business I needed to conduct. I would recommend to those coming to the area.

Room numbers a little confusing because I was in 1413, but the number on the doors for this floor were 12B13 – they must be converting floor numbers. Buffet Chinese restaurant near reception was very good – good selection of Western and Asian disshes, the mango ice cream was superb. Online literature said ‘safes’ were in rooms, but some of...

Third time here and the room was better than before. Re carpeted hall and room. As usual the room was very roomy and clean. Breakfast was the usual high standard with a great variety of Western and Chinese foods. Hotel staff are friendly and always on hand to be helpful. Wifi was fast and the connection was straight forward.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip, the rooms are large and well appointed, wifi throughout the hotel. decent bar area. The only negative was that it was very cold in the public areas and buffet restaurant. (mind you it was January and I probably should have worn a jumper).

An exellent hotel for business ( there nothing else to do in Jinhua but work ... ) and the most international of all 4 and 5 stars around . Rooms are very nice and well equipped , wifi is perfect , and one consequence of the "more international" side of this hotel is the breakfast that should please Chinese people...

Per the other reviewers, I trust that this must be the best hotel in the area. My Chinese hosts know my tastes and I trust they put me here because it is as good as it gets in this area. . Don't be fooled by "Best Western" name to think that this is a Western style hotel. This is a...

I really don't know how to rate this place properly. The room itself was pretty nice (room516). Fluffy pillow and nice couch, warm and fuzzy feeling... The lobby was supposed to be a non smoking (big non smoking sigh), however there was an ash tray in the middle of the lobby. When I asked the receptionist, the reply was that...

I constantly struggle to find a "local" China hotel in these smaller cities where there are no international chains. There is always much in the promise and little in delivery. This hotel does stand out for cleanliness and normal and well maintained rooms. The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom quite functional and sanitary and even pleasant. I would...

I stayed for 5 days there and it was quite pleasant. My only problem with this hotel are the non-english speaking receptionists and staff. Otherwise, the breakfast is OK which a nice selection of oriental, western and Japanese food. (They serve sushi) The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a nice park nearby, and taking a...
