The buffet restaurant is the best and most consistent in Kunshan. The food selection and quality are very good, seating comfortable, atmosphere vibrant.

I was impressed by the Paradox Hotel Kunshan. It was the best hotel I stayed in during my business tour in China. The breakfast buffet was good, but the staff were the best part. Nora, Wendy, and (I forgot his name) the night manager, and all the staff were very kind and tried to help everyone. I would recommend Paradox when you are in Kunshan. It is very clean, and the staff speak English well, so I felt very comfortable staying at Paradox during my long trip in China! Here's a tip: you can get very nice cocktails at the bar in the evening!

This has been my home for almost six months now. Very good location. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Good Good and welcoming athmosphere in the lounge. Well organised gym. Really good concierge service, something that I use every day for, among other things, transportation needs, they make a big difference.

I must have stayed a total of 40 days in Swissotel (Kunshan) over the past 3 months and I am very happy with their consistency in good service.
The staff are friendly and always smiling and happy to help you. The guys at the concierge are great : Bennett and the other guys too.
Breakfast options are wide and coffee is great.

Really friendly and helpful staff, many of whom speak very good English. Nina was an absolute star. Lovely views across the city from the room. Nice big swimming pool and gym, plus a big hot tub and sauna in the changing area. Really good buffet food and steakhouse restaurant onsite. The bed was super comfy.

great experience in Swissotel Kunshan, room is perfect to rest and in case you need to work there is a excellent internet connection and a comfortable desk. Room is very clean and big enough. Very good service for breakfast and international restaurant, also good the lounge at the top floor with a nice view. Recommended if you are travelling in this area.

It's about 5k from the hotel to Kunshan South Station, about 17rmb for a taxi. Taxis are very convenient and usually lined up in the que area, hardly ever a long wait to get one. Be sure to have the address in Chinese for the driver. They won't understand the hotel name in English. I carry an old room key with me and that works very well.

The best way to get from Pudong airport to Swissotel Kunshan is hotel Limousine Service. Our driver will wait you in the airport and help with the luggage.
If you are not carrying lot of luggage and you are familiar with China subway and fast train, we recommend you to take Line 2 from Pudong airport, then get off at Hongqiao railway station, then take a fast speed train to Kunshan South station.
