Cant believe the reviews. We walked out and went to another hotel because this place was filthy. The Manager assured me that all the rooms WHERE THE SAME. It was like being in an small abloution block. Concrete shelving, concrete tables, concrete bed base and concrete headboard.

Hi Greg H, thank you for your feedback, we believe all feedback be it negative or positive is helpful in running a business, it informs us where improvement can be made and what we are already doing right. This Resort has come under new Management since April 2018 and we are in the process of making improvements and renewing areas that have been neglected. Amongst the improvements that will be happening in the coming months is the replacement of the tiles in the King Rooms, as you rightly stated they are porous and tend to retain dirt build up quickly. What you indicated as soap scum is actually calcium stains from the water, as you can appreciate this can be very hard to remove especially from black tiles. When it comes to the reported mould in the bathrooms we also believe that is unacceptable and it has been addressed straight up. We also appreciate you informing us of the trouble with the lock on your door. As far as the early morning noises from the neighbouring cockerels there is not a lot we can do about that except maybe add fresh chicken to the menu. The same as street lighting, that is something else out of our hands but you would have noticed that we have added street lighting to our long driveway to help those coming back from their enjoyable nights in peaceful Kep. Power outages, you must realise that the utilities are also out of our control but we do have a backup Generator which we use, this of course can interrupt the free WIFI we offer. We are currently saving to be able to convert the Resort to full Solar to address the power issue. As we are only a small business with average room prices you can understand this will take time. You failed to mention that the Resort offered you your last night free of charge before you shifted to another Hotel in which you raved about, you of course did not state that the new hotel was just that, a new hotel and you willingly paid an extra $25 per night on top of what you were paying at our small establishment. It is a bit hard to compare apples when you have 2 very different style resorts. Threatening a business because it does not suit your ideals appears to be very un-Australian to me. However, we will use your feedback to further improve our lovely little Oasis. Kind regards, Danny Cuff (Owner)

We had a fabulous time with our toddler in Ramsey. I consider the price value as very good. their breakfast is a highlight. The pool is quite large and even if the guest house is full, it still feels like you are the only person there.

Each bungalow is strictly permitted for 2 pax during certain December periods so it's better if you could send us an email with certain dates you are looking otherwise we can't advise. Thanks. Hotel Owner
