Malibu is located several kilometers away from the bus station, the beach, and quite far from the actual town of Kep down a major highway and then off an unpaved road. They quoted us $2 for a tuk-tuk one-way and that's also the price we got. It's a quiet "resort" property with a main hotel building and standalone bungalows situated... More

This place is a little out of town and not really on the beach either. Approx $3US by tuk tuk. We had a major difficulty with our booking. We booked 4 a/c rooms. All paid same price and when we arrived they were saying only 1 room was booked with a/c. They wanted more money and showed photos of paperwork... More

We arrived and our party of 4 couples was informed that only one room had air conditioning. It was very hot and humid and this was not ok. Our booking vouchers showed all rooms had 'air'. In their language this was a fan, in our language this was air conditioning. We were asked for a further $US7 for air conditioning.... More

Gorgeous grounds with mature trees, several hammocks and places to sit. Pool is lovely, especially at night with pretty lights strung up. Rooms are very clean for Cambodia standards. These are the factors that cause me to give this place two dots instead of one. I have lived in Cambodia more than 5 years, so I expect awkward customer service... More

This resort is about 2km from the centre, but we rented motorbike so we didn't have any problems to reach any destinations. We got bungalow in front of the pool. Bungalow was really good and clean. Don't lėbavęs doros opening if you don't want to have mosquitos in the room. Pool was wonderfull. It is very calm place. Breakfast was... More

Extremely poor accomodation. Room was full of insects. Door handle broken, no water, no electricity broken lamp, no mosquito net, no pool cleaning. One of the workers used a high pressure spray and all the dirt was floating for three days in and around the pool. Aggressive dogs walking around. Far out of town. About 2 km from the main... More

I stayed there for 3 nights, and on arrival realised that this wouldn't work for me, however I had already paid it all in full. On booking, the photos looked really nice and the location looked good too, however it turned out to be really far from the Crab Market, or Kep beach. Count around 2km to either places. So... More

The website was nice and the booking seemed okay, we even called to confirm and ask a few questions. By chance, we were here at the Chinese New Year, which in honesty may have had some affect on our unpleasant experience. We arrived after dark on the late bus. The restaurant was closed. Our bungalow was very basic. The walls... More

The couple of days we spent at Malibu were very enjoyable. We were a family group looking for peace and quiet in restful, pleasant surroundings. We found it at Malibu, in full measure. The first impression was of quiet order and neatness, we received a warm welcome and were shown to our bungalows through the well-kept gardens (lawns even). The... More

We stayed there 2 nights in September 2014. Our visit fell on one of big Khmer holidays, so hotel was pretty booked. First day we stayed in the room with no A/C, just fan. We looked them up via agoda, and it said it was a double room with fan. When we arrived they showed us a room with 3(!)... More
