We stayed during the long public holidays hence there were lots of people. The weather was cooling and check in was relatively fast. Concierge promptly brought our bags into our room. One of the twin beds headboard had black stains, the mini bar was not cold. Apart from that, the room was acceptable. For dinner, we ordered some finger food, pizza and drinks. We waited for at least 20 mins and I had to remind them of our drinks which was served about 10 mins later. After waiting for 50 mins and still not getting our food, we cancelled our orders. Reluctantly they agreed. We made a SPA booking and if you are looking for some quiet time and tranquility, do not choose this SPA as it located near the coffee house and there was a live band literally across the SPA. It's rather inconvenient not have your own transport here as one was venture out and explore around. We did rented a bicycle for several hours. Overall there is room for improvement for staff efficiency.

Traveling on a business trip,I needed many specific things. The hotel was able to provide everything I needed to conduct an online zoom conference, sightsee, and enjoy the peaceful location. I especially appreciate Mr. Sambath Nam for his excellent support. Thank you also to the front office team and food and beverage team for making my stay so special .

A huge thank you to Mr. Nam Sambath and his great staff for making our three night stay so special. Our room was upgraded much to our delight and as we have experienced the hospitality of Thansur Sokha Hotel once before we were again able to relax at all the venues available to us. The Lotus Restaurant with great food and the Champa Cafe for the best coffee and cakes and then the Jasmine Spa for total indulgence. We cannot praise the staff enough for their friendliness and attention to detail. We enjoyed every second of our stay.

Facilities too old, customer service too low specially at Champa café, I stand in front of counter around 20minutes but no one come to ask me that what I need to order until I call them that I need to order. When I order they didn't have what family need, I just turn my head ask my family again around 30second and turn back but the one I talk with, he walk away from me to do his thing. It so terrible I feel like to go to ask them drinks free.

Bokor palace is very nice view and the best place for relaxing. On the top of old church we can look to the sea, fresh air and feeling we are flying on the cloud. The farm there have a lot of kind of natural vegetables. And when go inside the hotel is very friendly staffs welcome us especially the managers there Mr. Nam Sambath is the best providing service to us. We will recommend my friend to visit there again next time.

Excellent location in kompot province with tasty breakfast I rate 10/10 . Borkor hill station has many aging buildings and natural beauty attractions places. I did a reservation for 1 night 2 rooms.The price acceptable with including breakfast. I went there with my classmates for study tour that relates to my topic for finished last years of our university. I was booked through the reservation team he’s so kind and provide good arrangements of inquiries guests. Upon we arrived to the hotel its s eems like paradise found right there with a beautiful in foggy weather. Especially with warm welcoming from front office teams while we’re check in . With a good smile naturally and thanks for Mr. Bora he’s apart of FO team really helpful to assist with our bag and many stuff to the room. And we have rent a guide from hotel to help us more about historical and the guide he’s so knowledgeable and probably knows all the answers we needed due to our assignment. we’re thanks you for his value time.☺️according our experience staying there I would recommend to stay at thansur Sokha hotel. For a special occasion or which event it’s very good ☺️

Everytime i ride up to bokor mountain. This place will be my spot to chill and enjoy my meal or coffee. The staffs were so helpful and nice. The bar is open 24/7, and even i went uphill at midnight to do some photo hunting. I always had a comfortable place and time at thansur sokha

I went with my wife and a group of friends (6 of us) to Kep on 23rd December 2014. We decided to go to Bokor Mountain to see the sights and scenery. There were many interesting sites we saw. There was an Old Temple, waterfall, going into a cave, the old casino building, the old church, beautiful sceneries from the top of the mountain, etc. The place was very cooling. On our way down, we came across this huge amazing Thansur Bokor Hotel. We decided to go in and check it out. We went straight to the reservation and enquired to see the rooms. The reservation staff brought us to Champei Twin Room and Rumdul Suite. It was spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were big and very clean. On our way down, we saw the casino which was empty but we are not a fan of casinos. At the ground floor there was a small counter selling ice creams. We bought 3 flavours (durian, coconut and chocolate). It was very tasty and authentic. We were fortunate to meet the F&B manager Mr Ranabhat Surendra here. He invited us to try his lunch time buffet at Asian Buffet Restaurant which was only available for that day. We accepted his invitation. The price for the buffet was very reasonable. At the buffet there was honey roast chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef with special sauce, pasta with salmon sauce, mixed vegetables, pastries, fruits, etc. The beef with special sauce when eaten with baguette was so delicious. We were informed that the baguette was baked in their restaurant. We were also told that the vegetables were grown in their own farm. We had the best meal in Cambodia and the baguette was the best in Cambodia. We want to thank Mr Ranabhat Surendra and his staff for the excellent service during our lunch buffet at the restaurant. After our meal, we engaged the hotel guide to bring us to the waterfall and cave. We were also informed that we can hire the bicycles which were available at the hotel entrance. I have decided after the trip, that I will bring my group for 2 nights stay in December this year at the hotel and experience the food and sceneries around the hotel.

this is a very big hotel at the top of the mountain. Great views here. And you can chat with cloud face to face. There is a big casino.The manager Pholla is so kind, he helped us a lot. I will come back again.

Service was excellent from the front desk staff. Been offered a free upgrade to suite room. room is big and spacious. aminities was standard hotel. My room was leaking from the raining day. air con switch was not working, asked for maintenance to solve it but never show up. landscaping was poor and not attractive to look for.
