Traveling on a business trip,I needed many specific things. The hotel was able to provide everything I needed to conduct an online zoom conference, sightsee, and enjoy the peaceful location. I especially appreciate Mr. Sambath Nam for his excellent support. Thank you also to the front office team and food and beverage team for making my stay so special .
Facilities too old, customer service too low specially at Champa café, I stand in front of counter around 20minutes but no one come to ask me that what I need to order until I call them that I need to order. When I order they didn't have what family need, I just turn my head ask my family again around 30second and turn back but the one I talk with, he walk away from me to do his thing. It so terrible I feel like to go to ask them drinks free.
We stayed during the long public holidays hence there were lots of people. The weather was cooling and check in was relatively fast. Concierge promptly brought our bags into our room. One of the twin beds headboard had black stains, the mini bar was not cold. Apart from that, the room was acceptable. For dinner, we ordered some finger food, pizza and drinks. We waited for at least 20 mins and I had to remind them of our drinks which was served about 10 mins later. After waiting for 50 mins and still not getting our food, we cancelled our orders. Reluctantly they agreed. We made a SPA booking and if you are looking for some quiet time and tranquility, do not choose this SPA as it located near the coffee house and there was a live band literally across the SPA. It's rather inconvenient not have your own transport here as one was venture out and explore around. We did rented a bicycle for several hours. Overall there is room for improvement for staff efficiency.…
Bokor palace is very nice view and the best place for relaxing. On the top of old church we can look to the sea, fresh air and feeling we are flying on the cloud. The farm there have a lot of kind of natural vegetables. And when go inside the hotel is very friendly staffs welcome us especially the managers there Mr. Nam Sambath is the best providing service to us. We will recommend my friend to visit there again next time.
Booked a family room, the type of room showed got sofa in the room, when i reached there they told me my room is “connecting room”. By using Sokha brand with 5 star worth, i dont think they are allowed to make small mistake like this.
A huge thank you to Mr. Nam Sambath and his great staff for making our three night stay so special. Our room was upgraded much to our delight and as we have experienced the hospitality of Thansur Sokha Hotel once before we were again able to relax at all the venues available to us. The Lotus Restaurant with great food and the Champa Cafe for the best coffee and cakes and then the Jasmine Spa for total indulgence. We cannot praise the staff enough for their friendliness and attention to detail. We enjoyed every second of our stay.
I ride up the mountain just to go here. For me a great ride and a great place to relax during a visit to bokor mountain. I cannot go passed the tiger king prawns and cold beer at Champa Cafe. The service from Mesa and his staff is always excellent. Always friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. I love it that much I try to visit once a month.
Everytime i ride up to bokor mountain. This place will be my spot to chill and enjoy my meal or coffee. The staffs were so helpful and nice. The bar is open 24/7, and even i went uphill at midnight to do some photo hunting. I always had a comfortable place and time at thansur sokha
Had an amazing holiday away from the busy Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, and the dinner at their sister hotel (Le Bokor Palace) was out of this world. The suite offered to us was very clean and spacious. The private tour around the mountain with a tour guide was very good and ensured to cover all attractions around the area. The General Manager and front of manager (Samoch) were very hospitable and attended to all our needs on time and beyond expectations.
If you're tired of the heat and want to find a place where you can enjoy being outside, the Thansur Sokha Hotel is the place to go. I received wonderful service, especially for Asst FO Manager Nam Sabath, who went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. I booked a larger room, the Ramdal and it had a bed large enough to accommodate my two sons and I. It was clean, cool, and had a sitting area with a couch if someone wants to rest while others are active. The hotel itself has many amenities: several restaurants, game area for the kids, indoor pool, and casino, but what I loved were the sights here. There are some beautiful historic buildings to view such as the "old catholic church" and the newly refurbished Le Bokor Palace Hotel for the history buffs and beautiful natural sights at Povokvil Waterfalls for those who enjoy the beauty of creation.…
