I've stayed here numerous times. The rooms are always immaculate and kept clean. The manager and staff are welcoming and helpful. It's well situated being close to the river, numerous bars and restaurants. Rooms here are a few dollars more than in similar places in town, but on the whole worth it as it's always quiet at night. My only...

Good value for money and friendly staff. There is a variety of accommodation avaiilable, from dorms, rooms with fan, rooms with air con, even a VIP suite. If you chose a room with aircon choose a middle room, the end rooms look out onto a public balcony so you have to keep the curtains shut. The aircon rooms have a...

We have known the place for years and have spent months here. It is usually quiet and the rooms are clean. The house shop is well stocked and the manager very kind and helpful. Aircons are cleaned regularly . Bikes and motos for rent. It is not ment as a party- all -night place. Thats why we like it. The...

My friends and I went to Kep for business trip and we finally end up by this guesthouse because of too tired. We all have booked the accommodation their for a night in the later afternoon time. There were many worst experiences in entitle of my travelling experiences. 1. The rooms are very dirty - smell cigarette everywhere in the...

Accomodation was clean and pricy. We could enjoy our stay there and can only recommend going there for having a place to stay. On the other hand the bus company they booked for us (Kampot Tours) was a huge disapointment - bus was terrible late and we missed our boat to Phu Quoc, Vietnam! I know that I should only...

The curse of the Lonely Planet guidebook strikes again. Sorry to say but there are way better options in town now for the same price. We paid 15usd per night for an AC room. There are dirty handprints and squashed mosquitos all over the walls. The sheets looked clean but the thin blanket provided had horrible looking yellow stains on...

Stayed in a double room with fan and cold water $10 feel like you could get better value somewhere else. Room was okay, tidy and had a tv. 1 staff member at reception is polite but doesn't speak much English at all so you usually have to wait for the other guy who is a bit blunt and also persistent...

This hotel is located right between bus station and river, so it has good position. Stuff was helpful and helped us with fullday trip and with transport to Kep. They have reasonable prices and everything looks nice and clean. But I recomend to use AC room. We had only fan and there was an electricity blackout three times at nigh...

Have been in Cambodia for about 4 weeks now - and not even once have I given bad reviews to a guesthouse where I stayed. And this time it won't happen - it's a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean, staff and owner very friendly and helpful. And I really don't understand the bad reviews here, words like...

For the price we found this place fine. We had an enormous room with all amenities. A fussy person would hate the ensuite. It is typical of travelling in Asia 20 plus years ago. Overall we had a good stay, but a few small improvements would make your stay much better. It's hard to beat an ac room for 3...
