I accept that the location is good and the view is amazing. In contrast, the staffs are not friendly and the room that charge almost a hundred bucks provide only the unhealthy and dirty water like in the picture.

Such a disappointment ! Nice view on the river but the rest is awful.Staying in a family condo but was like in a very cheap guesthouse where the bathroom was very dirty.the bed was so hard and the door was almost broken.the towels were so old and hard, no safety box and many more... This Villa must update for the price they charge. About the service was worse, unhelpful, unfriendly, asking for a cup of coffee but just got a lazy answer that the machine was broken. Not Worth the PRICE.THAT was why I was asked to pay all in advance when I first checked in. I hated every second of staying there but could not have money back. Be Aware of long stay! It was a nightmare there and Never go back.

I was there for two nights! The staff was extremely unhelpful and not friendly. I feel like they welcome foreigner more then Cambodian like me. At one evening, I asked them about seats for dinner, instead of saying things politely they just pointed to the chairs and said “nork” (in English means there”. I do hope they treat guest equally. Thank you!

The official pictures suggest an architectural delight and upscale resort. Not so. This is a tired place that hasn’t been updated in years. Our room had no real windows, a wheezing air conditioner that barely cooled, a fridge that never worked, and a bathroom that could have used a good scrubbing. Staff were grumpy, even though a place like this could use the business. The pool was tiny and unattended. On the plus side, the riverside location is decent and we rented a kayak for a nice paddle upstream.

Such a disappointment, i hated every minute of our stay there. This place is so dirty, it was gross. Stayed in the most expensive room overlooking the river. Appalling. A complete rip off, will never go back again.
