This is a pretty spot along the river, a little out of the busy City centre but don't be fooled. For no apparent reason loud popmusic spoils the quiet evenings. It is horrible. Staff are smiling but the level of service is low and without interest. It is as if guests are in the way of staff taking it very...

Like other reviews have stated this place has potential. It is in desperate need of a face lift and staff who actually care about their jobs!! Some of the rooms are 'nicely' decorated - there are some green rooms and when I say green I mean everything in the room is green! The bathroom - there wasn't really hot water,...

we were told it was a romantic beach bungalow but we found it was just a basic outdated hotel room with no jug tea or coffee facility's. a very basic room shower and toilet. the bed had no top sheet only a quilt which I assume would not get washed every day and remade. it was not cheap it felt...

The hotel is on the other side of the bridge away from most of the tourist area and steps away from the new night market. The grounds are well kept although there is some renovation construction going on at the moment. The rooms are adequate, simple decor with table and chairs set outside the rooms. Breakfast is served either in...

Right on river with tables on the water and a small sandy beach. I was so impressed by the friendly staff offering to drive me into town (for free) and to fetch my laundry for me. The food in their restaurant was good too.

The rooms are decently decorated. Nice decoration of the semi-private deck in front of it. Service staff is GREAT. Scooter rental is very affordable and readily available. Arkoon to all the great staff ! And NO, the problem I have with this $50 / night room is NOT having a tube TV instead of an LCD TV ( I'm in...

A beautiful location. Room was clean, bedding comfortable, shower good and air con worked. Unfortunately there was no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also no pool. Has the potential to be a fabulous place to stay.

If there was ever a hotel in need of the proverbial 'Kick up the backside', this is it! It should be a magical hideaway with a tropical feel, where you can kick back and enjoy being in town, but able to relax by the banks of the river. Instead, it is a rundown assortment of chalet type rooms, set in...

It's a great place to sit a hour or so before sunset. At this time of day all the fishing boats are chugging down river as they head out to sea. We went a few times to grab a bite to eat and watch the sun go down over Bokor. The food is decent enough although you tend to wait...

rooms were OK but not great - shower had a curtain but no hook for the shower head so had to be hand-held. mirror was in the darkest corner of the room. restaurant was haphazard. breakfast wasn't what anyone ordered, drinks came 20 mins after meals.... plenty of bugs too - not sure how avoidable this is with a dense...
