Pippali Boutique Hotel is ideally located along the riverside and a short walk from Kampot city centre. Enjoy the view of the Teuk Chhou River and the Bokor Mountain while relaxing in our beautiful garden or at the swimming pool. The large 8 rooms are tastefully furnished with some pieces designed by the owner’s brother, an architect, giving a unique and personal touch to the place. All rooms have a terrace or a balcony with a view on the garden and the overflowing seawater swimming pool, the only one in town.

Don't trut the photos, the hotel is just at the corner of two buzy streets with only few trees. If you want to sleep, go somewhere else, the hotel is just 20m away from the best night club in Kampot with very loud music. untill very late. For the breakfast, no buffet: 5 dishes available only on the menu including Asian ones. For the wifi: almost one day off ! I've booked for two nights, and I left for the second night to another hotel for the first tiime in my life. no refund for the second night but I finally could sleep.and get good wifi which is important to me.

We stayed 4 nights (16/1 to 20/1) at this beautiful hotel in January 2020. My partner and I would like to say "Thank You" to the staff who looked after us whilst we were there. They helped us to make our holiday memorable and at ease by arranging drivers to Keb and to our hotel in Phnom Penh. In particular the gentleman at the front desk, a special "Thank You" for being so generous with your time. It was so nice to have you come out to the car to say good-bye. I highly recommend this hotel and staff for a magnificent stay. We had such a lovely time swimming in the pool to cool off and the wonderful cocktails by the poolside. Their breakfast was great with the fruits coming straight from the owners farm! We also had dinners at the hotel when we were too tired to go out. On both

Beautiful little boutique hotel at the end of the night market and opposite the riverside. Sggest the rooms on the ground floor for a more peaceful and serene view. Excellent stay, will go back again,

We only had two short days to enjoy Kampot so having a hotel that was centrally located with easy access to everything made it easy for us to make the most of our stay. Pippali is a small boutique hotel very clean and comfortable facilities. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to organise day trips. Highly reccommend the hotel.

We spent 3 nights at Pippali at the end of 2019 and thought it was exactly as advertised. It was busy but fairly tranquil even though it is close to the road. The room was well appointed and nice and quiet. We enjoyed the shady pool area in the heat of the day and never had a problem getting a lounger. Breakfast was simple but tasty. This was our second time in Kampot and even though we loved where we stayed the first time, they didn't have a pool, and we definitely enjoyed being able to cool down. Location is also handy, a quick 10 minute walk along the riverfront to all the action. We really like the hotel and the staff were lovely. Thanks for a great stay!

Seriously the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. The pool water was green (the staff said they had too many customers to clean it) everyone had itchy skin and sore eyes. We had to ask the staff for a cloth to clean the filthy tables as the Khmer staff stood and played and chatted to each other. The aircondioner rattled and spat out water all night. The bed was the hardest I have slept in after 40 years traveling extensively in Asia it felt like sleeping on a board, there were not enough pillow slips as they send them to the cleaner in the morning and wait until they are cleaned and hopefully ready later that day or the next day. Breakfast was cold and covered in flies. The wiring in the bedroom was exposed and dodgy. The bathrooms were small and cramped and mouldy. Happy hour

Nice little hotel. Well located. Room was good. Staff completely clueless. Could not get anything right. After three requests for a light blanket for the room with no results we gave up. Also safe in room was not working. Here again requests for a fix went unanswered. Unfortunate.

We came to Kampot unexpectedly and luckily found this wonderful gem of a hotel. We walked in just to enquire about availability and price, and the receptionist was so helpful that it was an easy decision to make to stay here. During our 2 night stay all of the staff have been brilliant. The bedroom is very clean, fresh and modern with a large comfy bed. Breakfasts have been really good and served with a smile. The staff were able to organise our onward transfer at a competitive price - and a massage beside the pool for my wife! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Kampot.

This hotel is trying to be boutique but fails. I appreciate this is Kampot but the delivery is lacking. They have a nice espresso machine on display at breakfast but serve you cheap, poor quality coffee instead. Hot water ran out after a couple minutes on a couple of occasions. Safe in rooms don’t work. Asked for an extra blanket but they didn’t have any and gave me a mattress cover. Internet on top floor rooms doesn’t really work and they told me if it’s windy it doesn’t work. Another item to be wary of is the hotel has a busy road on either side. Nice staff but this is not what it’s advertised as.

So many places misuse the word 'boutique' these days but not this hotel it really is a little bijou boutique hotel. In a great location away from the noise of the town centre but still very walkable (about 900m), it is a stone's throw from the river and the beautiful views towards the mountains - the sunsets are a dream from the riverside. The room was comfortable with a great shower in the bathroom - the Wifi was passable and allowed us to do everything we wanted. The swimming pool was more or less unique in the town as far as we could tell and is beautifully designed. A huge positive is the staff especially the general manager, Mr Thina Chea, who was just a delight to deal with. He was friendly, understandable and helpful both before we arrive online and during out stay. This
