We stayed here over the weekend for a tournament at the nearby Greensboro Aquatic Center (only 5 minutes drive down one of the adjoining streets, so very convenient). This is a huge, and impressive facility, with two towers and a sprawling lobby. Lots of places to sit and meet up, a couple of bars and restaurants, and generally lots of hubbub and activity. The room itself was spacious, clean and nice. Wifi was good. The showers had one of those fixed glass walls with an opening and wasn't quite long enough for that so showering invariably left a puddle on the floor. The room only came with two towels (we would have preferred three but didn't bother asking for another), and the bed was comfortable but the pillows a bit less so. Overall a good and convenient place, but if the little details in the room could be improved it could be excellent.
Also worth noting that the hotel is next door to a full shopping mall that also has a bowling alley with a large arcade and also karaoke, and with a Bonefish grill, so it's conveniences are multiple.

I visited Greensboro for work in August 2020. Overall the stay was great considering the limitations of the pandemic on the property (restaurant and gift shop closed). The staff was helpful and accommodating of early check-in.
My only complaint is that they did not have disinfectant wipes in the rooms. Marriott’s ‘Commitment to Clean’ states properties are to to leave wipes in rooms.

I was part of the organizing committee for a conference with 450 attendees. The ballroom, meeting rooms, and sleeping rooms were all quite nice, and the staff accommodated our request for lower density seating as a healthy precaution.
Megan (Convention Services Manager) checked in on us several times to be sure we had everything we needed, and Roy (Banquet Manager) took care of every request promptly, The A/V team also was so easy to work with. Even the Exec VP of the property, Kelly, stopped by at least twice to be sure we were in good shape.
The sleeping rooms were spacious, the beds comfy, and the bathrooms were the nicest I have seen in some time. The Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I stayed here twice in the same month. The first time coming was to meet with a team to get the logistics of the hotel for an upcoming conference. I went across the street to eat at Carrabas and got a flat tire. The hotel sent a driver to pick me up so I would not miss my meeting. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, The bathroom had products that was more masculine in smell, so I am sure most people like having products. I would not recommend Joseph's restaurant, as a small group was there and service was terrible. They had staff walking around, but the service made the experience lack.

Despite being a massive hotel and convention center, service and attention to detail were phenomenal. My hotel room was spacious and very nicely appointed. Bathroom was sparkling and the housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Joseph's in the hotel was always nice and the wait staff are so friendly and willing to accommodate your requests, even when you are in a rush.

Hotel was horrible choice for USYS President Cup. July 6th - July 10th. Started our 4 night stay with one of our reservations cancelled with a confirmation email stating both rooms were reserved. Front desk tried to make out that I had cancelled one of the rooms. Pool was closed we were told for maintenance while over the weekend and reopened Sunday morning. On a hot July weekend with over 2000 guests forced to use a indoor pool with no ventilation. Called front desk and alerted security over yelling and running in the hallways security staff was all standing watching front doors. Other hotel amenities restaurants or bar was closed including gift shop. Staff was improperly trained for jobs they were hired for. Staff does not have answers for simple questions or does not direct you to appropriate personnel for the correct answers. Asked front desk for a later checkout due to the tournament and when returning from tournament multiple guests were locked out of their rooms. When talking to manager about issues or would there be some refund for issues over the extended stay he answered in a smug condescending tone, No. I will look for other hotel arrangements in the future and will avoid Marriott/Sheraton and affiliates in the future.

This location is beautiful. Our breakfast was delicious and the server was attentive and pleasant. Our room was spotless when we arrived and anytime we had a question the front desk staff (especially Jessica A.) responded quickly and professionally. We will definitely stay here again.

While pulling into the hotel parking lot, a valet representative directed us to available parking spaces (was very impressed). Upon entry into hotel, security personnel greeted us and offered to transport our luggage and escorted us to reservations to check in. Everything up to this point was delightful. We were greeted by the director, Destiny Russo whom personally checked us in and was very polite and efficient while explaining hotel etiquette and anemities. At this point, we were greeted by director of security (Brandon Kaiser) whom explained all weekend events. Security representative escorted us to our room (again, very impressed with the attention to detail). Security officer Pierce stopped by to offer suggestions for late night snack locations. The club lounge breakfast was outstanding with spectacular views. Highly recommend this hotel, and staff was phenomenal! We left feeling like celebrities!

Not impressed with this property. No recognition for Marriott status at check in. No breakfast in the lounge on weekends. Unlike most Sheraton / Marriott properties they didn’t give voucher or discount for breakfast in restaurant since lounge wasn’t serving. No parking as they allow the parking lot to be used for shuttle service to concerts. At least reserve an area for paying guests!

Yes, just have to wait outside.
There is a sidewalk all the way there, but I wouldn't suggesting, it's a little over a mile, and you would walk through not very safe part of the city, not to mention the very busy intersection leaving the Sheraton
