I stayed overnight at this hotel and it was fine for that purpose. However the quality of the housekeeping and maintenance was below expectations; loose tile in the bathroom, stains on the carpets, etc.

Overall, the stay wasn't bad but there were a few glitches. We didn't care for the design of the room - no door on the overall bathroom area, only on the toilet and tub, and no ceiling fan in there. The handle and back of the hair dryer were filthy (covered in a grey film I could scrape off with...

First room had water on the floor/carpet. Second room was located on opposite side of rest of family. Restroom floor was not clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean but had a broken step on one of the ladders. Breakfast area was not maintained during breakfast. Over-ripe fruit and little choice in breads.

On the positive side, the hotel room was clean, the hotel is quiet and appears safe, the location is easy to find and the wi-fi worked excellently. On the negative side, the front desk manager is sort of shady, the pool, which is nice, has very limited hours (its opens at 11a in the morning which is check-out time), the...

There was a pool outside and we stayed near the ice machine so that was nice so you could have cold drinks. House Keeping was good about giving you supplies that you...

We checked in and found out all the information we had posted on our reservations on Hotels.com didn't make it to them. We had put that we needed a roll away bed and that we had a pet. This hotel has NO rollaway beds. The gentleman at the front desk was new ( only there 2 or 3 days) and...

I arrived late and the clerk at the desk seemed a bit uninterested in servicing me. After I spoke he elected to help me and assist me with my reservation. When he offered me a second floor room I asked him if there was an elevator. He responded, "ten steps" in a nonchalant manner. He was not customer service oriented...
