The place is budget friendly and conveniently located close to the road and supermarket. Its not usually crowded so you might have a quiet night with less distraction. Their pizza is good and a place worth visiting

Have not stayed at Makuti Villas so I cannot comment however the Pizza is well worth stopping in for... restaurant is basic, but clean. Staff friendly and polite. Great venue to start a boys night out, or for a quick lunch if passing through Kilifi.

It is an excellent stopover for the visitor who is on a tight budget. However not for the business travelers. The rooms do not have AC thus you need to run the fan all night, the WIFI does not work and the dinner takes a while to get ready. (In my case 90 mins). I am not sure you can... More

The pizza is fresh and delicious out of an oven ...heated with wood. Sometimes you have to be carful with the cats, or they will stealing a piece from your pizza. Everything is very simple, but is also....how much you like to pay... For me...I like to pay e few shilling more, and got also a nice and clean Furniture....... More

Dont bother going to this place especially during public holidays, you are in your room no privacy, noise, crowded.Good staff but their morale is at the lowest level, infact no morale.Room cleanliness is so wanting. The owner doesn't care about staff or some clientele.Only stay here if you are so DESPERATE.

I did not sleep here but I loved their swimming pool....Clean and rarely crowded so I made it my den for swimming while am in Kilifi... Ambience is also great with minimal noise. Staff are friendly, though it becomes hard to order for a drink when the bar next to the swimming pool is always closed due to low occupancy... More

Had dinner on a rather quiet evening in September with two friends. The food was great - loved the breads straight out of the oven; all so fresh with just enough herbs and olive oil or garlic or olives. I ate a fish dish was just as tasty but best all were the saute veggies, done just enough to retain... More

We didn't stay here but found it a handy place for a swim. The swimming pool was basically deserted most of the time, and for $2 a time it was a good deal. The pool is clean and medium sized. The restaurant wasn't bad but not great either.
