Stayed here one night on way home from vacation. Good for one night but would not stay longer. Lobby was dark, hallways not well lit. Staff not overly friendly, just doing a job. Pool was average, rooms adequate, just okay. Good location from I-95, plenty of parking, walking distance to TGI FRIDAYS. Free wifi but no breakfast except for Bistro....

Stayed here one night for a sporting event at FEDEX field; nice hotel with a very good cafe. It was a little worn in that my room's carpets had several stains and the general appearance of the building and grounds could use some work but overall a very nice, uneventful stay. The small bistro cafe was very nice with good...

It is a nice hotel that appears to have recently updated their rooms but that skipped the bathrooms. Being close the a busy road was a bit noisy. Lots of sirens kept waking us up too. Friendly staff and decent for the price but the update could have been better.

Dear jtsmmill, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately, there was a major hit and run accident that happened on Route 193 during your stay. The police and EMS had roads closed and were actively searching for the suspect from 7am until shortly after noon. It is rare to hear that level of emergency activity and I apologize...

Stayed here for a week while on business. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful albeit more casual than I'm typically used to. The hotel itself is convienietly located. The interior lobby has been very nicely updated, however the rooms appear to have only received a minor facelift, which makes them feel somewhat lackluster. So, here's the thing....as someone...

On Saturday November 18, 2016 I was treated in the most digesting and dehumanizing manner by Vanessa, front desk agent. I arrived shortly after 10:30pm to check in for one night. My grandmother died and I had to make an emergency trip from Atlanta to DC. In my haste I left my wallet in my car at the airport, but...

Here for 3 nights. On one hand, I was about as far away from the lobby as it was possible to be, on the top floor at the end. This made for a (relatively) quiet room, which I enjoyed. It also made for poor Wifi reception, which I did not. The other oddity was, for the in-room coffee maker, they...

Invited to attend an event in Kent’s Island where hotels are very expensive, we’ve selected the Courtyard Greenbelt although a 40 min. ride from it. The hotel was very easy to find, the room was comfortable but noisy as we were located on main floor nearby the elevator and a large group was in attendance (awaken at 2 am by...

We are STEELER fans from Pittsburgh and stayed here to attend the STEELER-Redskins game. Nice place. Front desk personal were very congenial. Helped us get a great driver to take us to and from the game! Room was clean and had plenty of room for our two day stay. Nice spacious bathroom. Mini refrigerator in room. Don't bother with the...

This is a very dated Courtyard Hotel. The hotel had distinct unpleasant owners. The front desk staff was not exceptionally friendly. Free parking and convenience to College Park and DC makes this a very affordable option when visiting DC.

The only reason I stayed here was because I had some Marriott Rewards points that I wanted to use and it saved me money. My room smelled like dirty mop water. Thank goodness I had some fragrance oil with me. The blanket in the drawer had hair all over it which led me to believe that it wasn't clean. The...
