Front desk staff welcoming and helpful. Bathroom and room could have been cleaner (toilet seat - ugh!), and it took two calls before someone from housekeeping arrived. Room is in need of some sprucing.

Thank you for your review pock! We are appreciate you speaking highly about our front desk staff! I do apologize there was an issue with the bathroom in your room and the time that it took to get housekeeping up to clean it. I have spoken with the Executive Housekeeper about this issue and it will be addressed with our...

My daughters live nearby and we have stayed here twice comfortably on quick weekend visits. Our king room was good sized for 2, bed felt great and I have found it is worth getting the bed and breakfast deal, because we both like a good breakfast and may not get to lunch while travelling. It has a great variety of...

This hotel is very clean and located just off major roads. Rooms were great. Food and Beverage was somewhat limited, but restaurant options are close by. Check in staff was great and the hotel was safe and secure. Rooms were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

This hotel and staff are great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Free breakfast would be nice or a coffee, Juice and donut for $5.00. I will stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Cons: For the price paid, I did not feel that value was met. I had reception issues, the bed were not comfortable, and with as high as the rate was, you would think SOME small portion of the breakfast would be provided or at least discounted. Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did provide coffee both in...

Stayed overnight while my daughter visited University of Maryland. It was a quick 3 mile ride to the school. Our room was spacious, very clean and a very comfortable bed. All the common areas of the hotel were immaculate and up to date. The staff is genuinely polite, friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in at...

We were happy wit the appearance of the hotel and the rooms were quiet. Beds were above average, too. The pool was FREEZING COLD. Why even have one. The free wifi was pretty slow, but that's becoming pretty typical.

Booked the hotel at 11:45pm because I left a hotel, although another Hilton property, was awful. Walked in to smiling face behind the desk. Rooms are very clean, as is the entire hotel. The location is ideal as there are several restaurants close by. Would highly recommend if staying in the area. I was there on business with accounts in...

This hotel is extremely well kept up, and the staff is exceptional! They seemed to be sincerely interested in whether or not my experience was a quality one. They also ensured that the food they served was perfect. Everyone I saw was treated as a valued guest.

The desk crew helped accommodate us due to the rudeness of the Hampton Inn staff. The location is close to the interstate but you can't hear any noise. There is plenty of parking, an indoor pool and a workout room. They had a little bar at night which was convienient.
