This was our 2nd time staying at The Highlands this year and once again we loved our stay. There is nothing like the views from this condo. It is cozy, quiet but yet only 5 min from downtown Gatlinburg. Can't wait to visit again!

The location is great, with exciting view from bldg. 5, our unit was very nice and clean. Extremely quiet, the only draw back was the gnat's, Howie, at the Front Desk, is an excellent representative for Highlands, he seems to know everything about the area, where to go, how to get there, and most of all, he has a great...

We had a great time! Even saw a bear just strolling down the road from the condo on our last night. Went ATVing on Bluff Mtn and drove through the Mtns. The view from the condo is the best we've ever seen in our 10 trips to the area over the years. The condo was clean and well furnished. Wifi...

We stayed for our first time at The Highlands for 5 days in July. The first thing I saw when we walked through the door was the amazing view from our porch-a grassy green flat mountain top area with a panoramic mountain view. Needless to say, I was sold on that alone. Our unit 413 seemed to be well maintained...

We stayed in a recently renovated 1bedroom condo #409. It was very obvious that the owners put a tremendous time and energy into the up grades. The view was amazing. We would definitely stay there again. The condo was close to downtown Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge.

I recently decided to book this place after viewing their website & seeing the 4 night deal they had. We ended up staying 5 nights. The extra night was only $100. I could not be more pleased. The service was terrific, the unit was very nice with an outstanding view of the mountains. It was a very convenient location with...

This was our first time staying at Highlands Condominiums and we were not disappointed. The condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. I spent most of my time on the balcony looking out onto the mountains. Everything we needed was in the condo. All we needed to do was buy our groceries. I look forward to going back soon.

First time in the Smokies. My wife booked the place based on pictures showing the view (room 702). We were not disappointed. Access is on the Gatlinburg Bypass so you don't have to deal with traffic. You have a pretty clear view of Gatlinburg and Mt. Leconte. Eating breakfast out on the ample-sized balcony was a fantastic start to each...

This location was perfect for us but would not return due to our issues. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4:15 to find our condo not done being cleaned and without a working A/c. Staff called A/c company and we return at 9pm to our condo with a/c working. Upon going to bed in the upstairs loft...

We have enjoyed The Highlands for many years. Many happy memories have been made here. We have stayed in several of the units over the years depending on how many family members we bring with us. We particularly like 107 as it is one of the few units that exits directly to the pool area. It is well furnished and...
