First we checked in and they couldnt get our room key to work. (I think they overbooked our room). They tried to call the manager on a Sunday but she was not answering her phone or emails. They said maintance was trying to exchange the lock with another room but we never seen maintance going to either room. Then they...

Biggest complaint of the property was lack of enough parking spots. The check-in girl (at around 8:15pm) was nice, the other desk girl with the wavy hair (during the day) was not friendly. Depending on how you look at it, the breakfast can be worth the extra cost with the variety. The apple juice was good. The coffee was terrible.

It's pricey compared to its standard. More or less clean but bathroom wasn't very clean...full of mold. Breakfast was ok but not very fresh. We stayed in rook 203 and the guys who stayed in 202 were complaining about their air conditioner.

My family and I stayed at the Crossroads Inn overnight during Fall Break. We booked a room with two queen beds. The room was large, clean and tastefully decorated. The two sinks were a plus. We needed extra wash cloths and the friendly staff had them to us 5 minutes later. The Inn is located on the Parkway, so we...

Great location, clean, and good price. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere from this location. The breakfast was ok, but it was also free. The view from the back of the hotel was non existent but you have a great view from the front of every room.

My fiance and I stayed here in October of 2016. This was my first visit to Gatlinburg but had been told by friends and family the best thing to do is stay in a centrally located hotel and just walk everywhere, instead of trying to drive and park. This inn was perfect for that. It was close enough that we...

The hotel had nice big rooms that felt pretty clean. I am fussy about clean bathroom and noticed a couple of dirty corners. Other than that the hotel provided a nice breakfast, had pleasant rooms and was in an area where we could walk to most places in town.

My wife and I checked in the Crossroads Inn and Suites for about the tenth time in the last three years. Great people at the front desk and our check in was quick and painless. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites again. What a way to wind down after a long day! The room was clean and fresh....

We decided to take a last minute trip to the aquarium. This hotel was affordable and close. We checked in, the parking was a little difficult but finally found a spot. The room was nice and clean. We were on the bottom floor near the vending and heard everything outside - trash truck at 3:30am, traffic, vending, etc. The beds...
