The Hotel doesn't offer that service. There are taxi's & right out front of hotel on the main road is a covered trolley pickup area. It's $1.00 per ride or you can buy an all day trolley ticket from trolley hub at the Aquarium for $2.00's. The walk is 1-2 miles, wear comfortable shoes!!! My boots rubbed a blister & I had to ride from then on!!!
