My family and I had a great time! Klaire helped us print our tickets for all our Anakeesta and Dollywood trips. We have a great list of places to visit that were referred by Klaire. Great environment and clean too! Thanks for everything Klaire!

We recently purchased a travel trailer. This was our first time out. When we arrived one of the owners helped us get backed into our spot. The next day the manager came by to check on us and helped with the TV hook up. He gave us a lot of tips on our holding tanks & trailer functions. The grounds are very well maintained. Clean, quite, relaxing. Very beautiful place. Nice to set at my table in the morning with coffee and look out at all the trees. It is close enough to Gatlinburg to be convenient but far enough away to stay out of the tourist traffic. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained with the shower house and laundry near by. I was able to lay/sleep in the sun while getting all the laundry done before heading home. Little store is very fair on prices compared to surrounding carry out. Ice, firewood, sewer hoses, etc all the same price or a little cheaper than going out to the "big" store. We have found our go to spot!! Thanks for the nice stay and the help!! See you again soon.

Reserved a spot when arrived was given a site 10 feet from a porch of a cabin. The noise from air conditioner was so bad you could not sit outside. This place has very few sites that you could camp in with a travel travel or RV without being on top of each other. Would not recommend this place and was told by Good Sams it is a 10 rating. This is so false.

I wish you would have come to us directly so that we could have put you in a different site. We always bend over backwards for our customers because we are a family owned and operated business that works hard and is passionate about creating wonderful vacations. Please give us a call so that we can make this right.

Smoky Bear campground is very clean, quiet & peaceful. The staff is so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back. We had an issue with our camper when we arrived ( on a Sunday) and Klaire directed us to Eli and within an hour we were good to go. We were so amazed and impressed with all.
