We stayed here during the summer and were very impressed. The location is great. It's not far from downtown, and there is a grocery store a few minutes away. The sites were nice and clean and had paved pads. The sites were not exactly level, but with leveling blocks, that was not a problem. The campground had a very tranquil...

The staff were very friendly and helpful, The bathrooms and laundry were of a high standard. The owners are obviously campers themselves and this shows in their attention to details that RVers appreciate.

This campground is the perfect location for visiting all the attractions in Gatlinburg and hiking the Smokey Mountains. The bathrooms are the nicest we have seen along our 4 month trip. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

This park is not huge, but is very quiet and clean. The restrooms are also very clean. There are separate shower rooms with hooks and a bench. My only 2 complaints are that the mats on the floor are very hard on your feet and the shower head is designed for someone 5'4" or shorter. I am 5'11" and bending...

Please know that we didn't stayed at this RV Resort. This based on CS issue prior to booking. Called to book, then advised that a min 5 nite stay required, not disclosed in prior emails or phone call.

It just seems like home, each time we come south from Western Maryland we make our reservations here. Clean and very well maintained. Owners are working it themselves with some help but they will assist you in any way they can. Only draw back is road through middle is used by cabins on mountain and if you are front row...

We stayed here in our travel trailer along the creek. The sites are nice, the paved roads were great and the staff was very helpful. The price was a little high, and the rules on rigs are are little restrictive but it leads to a quiet enjoyable environment. The kids had a great time, the facilities are nice, and the...

Crooks! You can't change your plans at all, they will charge no matter the trouble. High night rate at $58 a night plus extra charges. Would never recommend or stay there again. There is a lot of road noise and it is hard to pull in and out with the hill and traffic.

We stayed here in August of 2010 and had the same site (#23) and it is fabulous! The creek is right behind our site, making a great place to sit and read a book or just watch the water flow by. This place is the cleanest we have EVER stayed at and we've done a lot of camping. The bathhouse...

We randomly chose this RV park for a one night stay in Gatlinburg. From the time we pulled up to the office it was a great visit. The office staff was welcoming and helpful. They were able to make recommendations for our quick one day stop in Gatlinburg, what to do and what to see. Our campsite was nice, hard...
