Great older motel. The room was clean and the grounds were neat. The owners were as nice as they could be. Price was good for the area. We were glad we found this place and will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We booked the "Gillette Suite" as a last minute option for a two day stay in Gatlinburg. The picture online didn't do the room justice. I was shocked by how roomy it was! The location is convenient to all the areas we like to visit, being right behind the space needle. The staff was great! The cleaning crew was so kind to our twin 4-year-old boys that the boys insisted on drawing pictures for them as a gift. We will definitely come back.

We will definitely choose Gillette Motel in Gatlinburg for any future stays in Gatlinburg. Rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Housekeeping ladies took such good care of us. Clella i hope i spelled that correctly was so sweet and made everything about our reservations and stay so much more enjoyable. Unfortunately we had to leave early and they went above and beyond to assist with our check out and was very understanding. Will definitely refer all our friends and family to stay there for their vacations. Most rooms have old hotel blankets but we had bright white clean linens that brightened the rooms up. Hated to leave but look forward to future stays with them.

This is a sweet little hotel. It is old school but the rooms are very clean and the employees were very nice. Gatlinburg accommodations have gotten super expensive and this place is very reasonable in price for what you get. Super close and easy to walk to downtown dining yet out of the craziness and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

We had reservations to stay at this hotel for the new years eve celebration. Unfortunately we tested positive for Corona virus and had to cancel. Hotel refuses to refund at $200 deposit. We reached out as soon as we got our test results back but they still refuse to give refund. We would have even taken credit towards a later stay but they still refused to negotiate. In this day and age with a pandemic going on it would be nice to know you are protected should you get sick this is not something you can see coming. Obviously the owner and management have no compassion and do not care about customers coming back. I'm sure they filled the rooms since they were sold out the day after we canceled which means they were not out any money. I do not recommend staying here.

Love the owners and employees and the location which is walking distance to the strip. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. Pool is on the small side but the water is always clear and very clean and the motel has towels by the pool for their guest. I stopped by their June 2 when I was in town to book a room but decided to go elsewhere after I found out the increase in their rates

My husband and I stayed here along with some other family members back in October. We loved it! It is very clean and well kept. We were able to sit on the balcony to visit with each other and make plans and it is within walking distance of all the excitement of downtown Gatlinburg. It is close to all of our favorite places to go! This will be our go-to place to stay from now on.

We had such a wonderful time. The room was perfect and extremely clean. We will stay again. This is one of the last locally owned places to stay and we believe in supporting locally owned and American owned businesses.

People are openly bragging on facebook about being able to smoke weed here and not get caught. Considering it’s illegal in this state maybe law enforcement should hang out at this location more often. Clearly not a safe environment. Bring the kids and get stoned together.

Hotel is having a big chunk of their rooms are being renovated and we were put in a room right next door to the construction.. The construction wasn't the problem as much as employees standing outside our door and talking early in the morning. Hotel doesn't allow smoking in the rooms but feel free to fire them up right outside your door so that everyone has to walk through your smoke to get to the elevator. Fire department is practically in the same parking lot so expect to jump out of your skin with every call they go on. Room was dated but very clean. King size bed was comfortable. They are remodeling so the rooms will be more modern in time. Lady at the front desk during check in was super nice and you can't beat the location. We parked and never moved our car until we left. I would stay here again but ask for a room away from the construction.
