Our ministry has been blessed to use Wafloy for 2 annual events over 7 years now. We highly recommend Wafloy!! The property is well-kept & they are always remodeling to keep the buildings up-to-date. The staff are professional, kind, & easy to work with.

Wafloy did an incredible job of accommodating over 70 of us for a three night retreat in the Steiner Bell Lodge. We found staff, Gabe in particular, to be very responsive to our needs. The lodge served us well... we really enjoyed the large family room upstairs where we could meet, visit, sing and worship. Highly recommend.

Our church went for a spring break trip. This is a great place to stay - it is affordable, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the mountains! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty to do outside - hiking, bonfire, basketball, tennis courts, etc. There is lots of porch space to enjoy as well! The meeting spaces and kitchen are a great size, and the bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. It is decently close to the national park/downtown Gatlinburg area, but also far enough away that you are secluded from all the busy-ness. We really enjoyed our time here.

We stayed at the Fairview lodge with the middle school girls from our church. This was the third year for us to have our spring break trip at Wayfloy. The staff and accommodations do not disappoint. The staff is readily available to help or answer any questions. They are continually making improvements to the camp. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it so easy to cook for our group. Wayfloy Mountain Village is close to Gatlinburg for shopping and exploring, close to a zipline tour and horse back riding, you can access hiking trails right from the camp which is great because you don't have to worry about driving and parking. We have already booked our trip for March 2024.

Our youth group has been going to Wafloy for 5 years after discovering it when previous housing fell through. It has been a great place of retreat for our students and has become holy ground for our group. Most recently we have stayed in Fairview and used the Chapel in the Woods. The facilities and the staff have been perfect for our group and we would recommend it to anyone.

+1
We have been bringing our women's group from our church here for 7 years and we absolutely love it! The staff are wonderful to work with, the facilities are very nice and the view is priceless. We love having access to large rooms for our meetings and being able to use a top of the line kitchen for our meals. It is perfect for a group retreat and such a beautiful place.

Took the youth & children's ministry for summer camp. We had an amazing time! Wafloy staff was helpful from the planning of our trip until the end. I would highly recommend Wafloy for church groups, families or anyone longing to get away.

We booked Wafloy for a youth academy with 30 students plus staff, volunteers, and speakers. The accommodations were excellent, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, and beautifully maintained grounds. The pool, volleyball pit, tennis and basketball courts were close to the lodge and ready to go. The chapel was beautiful and only a few minute walk through the woods. In addition to a wonderful facility, the staff at Wafloy went above and beyond to ensure our event was successful. They responded quickly and effectively to all concerns that came up during our stay, even when we accidentally set off the fire alarm on a Sunday morning. We plan to return in future years and highly recommend Wafloy.

Wafloy was just what our college ministry needed for our Spring Break Retreat! The facility was clean and well provided for our students to do all the cooking and cleaning as a part of the discipline of our trip. With great proximity to Gatlinburg, the National Park and the Cosby area, there is so much opportunity to be a "tourist", but also then to hike and be secluded in nature. Great place and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in the Smoky's!

I have done a retreat here for the past three years. It has been such a great joy every time I've been there. The place is very peaceful, quiet, and conducive to really spending time with God. The staff is amicable, and they take care of everything beforehand. And it's relatively close to other major cities, and there's plenty of space to walk around, sit, and have quiet time. They also have courts if you want to engage in some physical activity like running, walking, or even shooting a few hoops or volleyball.
