The wifi is weak in the rooms on the front. We had to stand by the railing on our balcony and even then the signal was really weak. I'm not sure about other locations in the building. This was the only complaint I had about our room. Phone signals in Gatlinburg are good. If you go off the beaten path in the national forest signals can be iffy. I hope this helps.
