This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great service, clean rooms and amazing breakfast. The kids loved the indoor pool. Very clean and it is in a great location. The trolley comes right to the motel so you don't have to worry about parking at other locations.

This hotel is very nice for families because it is quiet and very clean. We visited in March, so the outdoor swimming pool and slide were not open, but the kids definitely want to go back to visit when they can take advantage of this amenity. It was great to have a free breakfast in the lobby because we were...

We have stayed here many times. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the free cookies. Breakfast cereals are a disappointment. I love Cheerios and they use a generic oat cereal. Also, if you want to stay in Gatlinburg's strip, this is not the place for you. This is just inside the city limits...

This is neither a high end or low end hotel. We were a little disappointed in it. The outside is beautiful but the inside is lack luster. The room was small and semi-clean. Breakfast was very good. I would not choose to stay here again.

Over all a ok hotel for the price. The beds were comfortable. The staff seemed tired of dealing with the customers. The 2 women were more interested in there own private conversation and eating at the desk than answering my question. All we got was I don't know when asked where to go for a nice supper that was not...

Right before you hit the crazy part of Gatlinburg with all the traffic, crowded sidewalks, and t-shirt shops, you travel along the Parkway where Fairfield Inn & Suites Gatlinburg North greets you with tasteful decor, nice breakfast, beautiful pool and hot tub, and, oh, yes, quiet. During our after-Christmas stay, we especially liked the comfortable beds (All Marriotts have them!),...

I have never encountered a more rude hotel worker. This female employee refused to refill fruit plate at breakfast buffet and almost ran me over with suitcase carrier. I have traveled to Europe, Central America, North Africa and numerous areas in the United States and have never encountered a more rude/hostile worker. Cannot believe this hotel has employed such a...

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a survey about your stay with us. We here at Fairfield Gatlinburg pride ourselves on two things above all else and that is cleanliness and providing great guest services. From what I have read you state that you did not receive these on your stay with us. If at your convenience...

Overall a nice hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast fare was average. About what you expect from a complimentary breakfast. Front desk staff was not overly friendly and not very knowledgeable about trolley service. Pool area was ok but needed some attention with towels and chip crumbs being left behind from guests that should have picked up after themselves. Location is...

It is hard to believe this is a sanctioned Marriott property. This Fairfield Inn has curb side appeal, however, once inside very little is appealing. Carpet and all upholstery is dingy and filthy. Mattress and other room equipment is shoddy. Construction is low quality, walls and doors are thin...surprising nd disappointing considering this property has an award for architecture. Breakfast...

I have stayed here a couple times. The staff are friendly and the rooms updated. There is only one restaurant nearby but plenty a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of places to eat there and lots to do as well. They breakfast is free which is always nice and the food pretty good.
