This was our second visit. We love how small this campground is. It is very well kept. They are very helpful. The pool was already opened the very first of April. It was a bit of a bummer that we were only able to have one campfire because it rained and our fire pit would not drain like everyone else's...

Thank you so much for staying with us! We will make sure the fire pit is fixed. If we can find a place to put the basket ball hoop we will! That is a great idea. Also, the community center is within walking distance and they have a full basketball court. Until we can find the perfect place for one...

We were only here overnight on our way to Florida BUT this place is perfect!! The grounds are clean, and updated. The pavilion, store and restrooms/ showers were clean. And those Glamping tents look so cool I'd love to try it. The people are friendly. And there is a Trolley stop right out front. We would definitely stay here again...

Thanks Ian and Linzy we had a fantastic stay. This was the perfect glamping experience when you want a taste of camping in the Smokey mountains but have no camping gear with you. The kids even got to have a swim in the heated outdoor pool. We loved it and would highly recommend to all. Thanks again.

We just arrived home after staying at this quaint, charming campground for four nights. We stayed in our RV but they also have adult tree houses and safari tents to rent. If we didn't have a camper we would definitely stay in one of these options. The safari tents were decorated so cute and looked so intriguing. Our site was...

A nice Campground in its own little cove. Friendly & helpful staff. Fire pits, cable hookups (can't get anything via antenna), cool tent cabins along the periphery of one side of the camp. We rented a jeep to explore the Rockies... Smokey Mountain Jeep Rental picked us up from the camp... but the camp is a stop for the shuttle...

Nice, clean campground with friendly staff. If you need the shower/bathroom facilities, they are very limited, waiting would be required, especially in peak season. Double check pricing, online did not match in person and they don't print receipts, which can make the price checking tricky. We enjoyed our stay.

We towed our camper from Florida and to be honest this campground was one of the best places we visited. Our kids were safe and free to move around the campground without us worrying about traffic. The owners are a great friendly couple with young kids too. They get it! The wifi was great and the facilities were all like...

We had a camping trip planned for Gatlinburg, TN and the Smokey mountains, we had no idea where we were staying for our 4 day 3 night trip but we researched a lot of places before we went and this one caught my eye because they have these cute cabin tree houses(just in case the weather was to bad for...

Wonderful safari tent. Although the weather was cold, we stayed warm in the tent (a heater was provided). The bathhouse was fairly close and very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were also pleasantly surprised that wifi was included! Cannot wait to stay there again soon!
