Very clean and excellent location . Loved the stream from the balcony. Internet wasn't the best but who needs it when you are with family . Staff was very friendly and parking was nice. Overflow is just across the street . Didn't check out free breakfast but they offered it.

We have stayed here every fall for several years now. Each room has a balcony over the creek, the rooms are always very clean, and it is a great location. There are two different hotels that make up the property - one on each side of the creek. We prefer one to the other and made reservations intending to be...

It was wonderful we had a weekend get away and hated to leave .They have changed the mattresses in the Hotel and the beds are wonderful . You just sink in and fall away . The rooms are nice with refrigerators and microwaves , plus coffee pots . The rooms are a little pricer but the sleep is so much...

This is our 3rd time to stay at Creekside. It is not a deluxe property but it is an excellent value for a mid-price motel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the off the main road location is a real plus. The somewhat unusual room configuration, with the vanity in the center of the room, is a...

Nice clean place, nice view of the creek, visible from the balcony. Private balcony. Parking under building. Conveniently located for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Spacious except small bathroom, but we managed fine.

When we just arrived in town and we didn't have any place to stay at, Crookside happened... It took about 3 hours, 4 people, courage and perseverance or clean the room. In 3 days of searching we found another hotel which was even cheaper and so much better than THIS. This is my personal opinion, but I'd never be able...

They gave us a very good deal for a week so we decided to stay. The room is spacious but it lacks in a lot of things.

The room was either too hot or too cold. Could not regulate the temperature. The continental breakfast was awful. I had a nonsmoking room but thanks to the smoking room above ours our room smelled like smoke the entire time. I called the front desk to learn there was nothing they could do.
