Real neat place to stay. The room we stayed in was dated but it was clean and right by the stream which was so awesome!!! The pool was so neat!!! The staff was very friendly and informative!!! I would stay here again.

I find it disturbing that this hotel has a billboard that reads "mountain tough" but will not rent to locals effected by the fire. Please take your sign down, your actions contradict it. Ill be spending money elsewhere.

We loved it. We stayed here for new years eve in a king room. The room was ready when we arrived at at noon. The bed slept well, easy walk to the strip and the kids loved the indoor pool. Our room was above the indoor pool which made for easy access and they provide towels at the pool area....

Not a good place to stay if you go to Gatlinburg. The area has a lot of hotels with similar price and better conditions for sure. This facility needs a renovation since the 90's probably. My welcome salute was a double charge to my credit card and the genius at the front desk asking the same stupid phrase: "Did you...

Positive - Our kiddos loved the pool area with the cave area & hot tub and that part was open till midnight which was great after a fun day downtown. Negative - The mattresses were really old and worn down though (hard, roll to the middle, all the padding is gone in the middle) - makes for an uncomfortable night's...

My daughter just stayed here in the main lodge this week with a church youth conference. She was covered in bites, and on checking the sheets, found them full of bedbugs. The girls took cell phone photos and showed them to the front desk. Management was completely unresponsive saying the bedbugs were not a problem. Come on folks, the pictures...

This place is in need of a major overhaul. Everything here is in need of a remodel. I would not recommend staying here. The staff was nice. But the hotel is like stepping back into 1982! If I had it to do over I would have just went to somewhere in pigeon forge.

I hate to say anything bad when Gatlinburg is trying to rebuild, but do not stay at this hotel. We had flying bugs and bed bugs!!! The shower water would go from boiling hot to ice cold during one short shower. They refunded our money thank goodness, but they need to clean up their rooms better. Awful!

My parents, daughter, and myself recently spent two nights at the Sidney James Mountain Lodge. We arrived on Tuesday 20 December 2016. The lady at the check in desk, I think her name was Mrs. Barnes, was very nice. We went to our room #411. The room was clean and ok. There was a nice balcony over a small mountain...
