Clean spacious wood paneled room with 2 soft upholstered chairs, desk and chair, TV, good mini fridge, separate sink area with good counter space. Only one bedside table and lamp, one clothes hanger, no luggage rack, lumpy pillows. Great location right outside Park, quiet setting under trees, great stargazing. Met some interesting fellow travelers and the resident cat.

I tend to agree with 673jaya, below. The motel rooms are lacking ... Being there for one night is tolerable, as it is close to the entrance of Nevada's only national park. Our bed was fine, but the two side shares were almost bottomless - be ready to sink. The shower, soaps, fridge, and coffee maker were fine. It was...

Very well located for Great Basin National Park. Our room was clean and well-maintained if dated. Our hosts were friendly and concerned that we should be satisfied. The rate was reasonable, considering the location Ask for a room with shade from the afternoon sun

Unless you really must stay in Baker, I recommend passing this place by. You check in at the bar in front, which prides itself on carrying over 40 different brands of beer. Then drive through the campground clutter to arrive at one of the six motel rooms. The door lock on room six is in poor working order making it...

Everything is gravel, sites roads (hard to distinguish between them). But everything worked. Even got TV on antenna, and decent WiFi. The big plus, the park is 100 yards from the road to the National Park.

We were rained out of tent camping in Bryce and decided to get a motel for the next night. The Whispering Elms Motel in Baker NV had a vacancy and a great rate, so we decided to try it. The RV park / motel complex looks old and unimposing from the outside, but our room was well-maintained, clean and cozy....

I booked this park on the recommendations from this site and it was great. Very basic but everything worked including Wi-Fi! We've been in parks that were twice the price that had awful services. Clean showers ( my#1) too!

Overall a nice place. The owners happily shifted our reservation due to some changes in our travel plans and happily welcomed us despite our late check-in. The hotel room is older but comfortable. You're out in the middle of nowhere so don't expect super luxury; be glad you can stay immediately outside of Great Basin NP. Owners were super nice...

I am a frequent traveler who loves to stay in mom and pop or privately owned small motels. This one is a combination RV park, motel, lounge, bar with laundry on site. I stayed in Rm 2 in the motel section. Nice shade over the parking area(a big plus in the Nevada desert) The decor is dated but the rooms...
