We had a great time here. The grounds are beautiful and the cabins were perfect for two families traveling together since we each had our own floor. The kids loved walking around in the evening and using the field to play. The adults liked the coffee shop and friendly staff. It

We booked a room in one of the lodges and we were fascinated with the beauty of the lodge: spacious, full of wooden furniture, a great view, fresh and soft sheets, very close to the entrance of Glacier National Park, friendly and helpful staff, including a lovely black dog

I chose this hotel because of its location to Glacier National Park. I was unsure what to expect and was so happy to find it was wonderful. I had booked a room in the lodge and found the room to be modern and very clean. However, the layout of the lodge rooms (a door directly to

Thank you so much for staying with us. We are glad that you enjoyed the cabin. They are the right choice if you are looking for something very quiet and private. We just upgraded all our mattresses this year so we are glad you found it comfortable. The lodge is very new and we try to ask other guests to be aware of the noise level but it can be hard to control at times. Thank you again for staying with us.

We stayed at the Glacier View Cabin in August 2018 and it was just fantastic. It was the perfect place to stay, just steps from the National Park. The cabin was huge, clean and beautiful and the staff were helpful and responsive. We loved it and would highly recommend!

The cabins are about a kilometer south of the Amtrak station. If you have more luggage than a pack, that might be a problem. They might possibly pick you up if you request it. There is a car rental place in the gas station/diner across the road from the station.

Hidden Lake in Glacier National Park leaves from the Logan Pass Visitor center. You have to drive up going to the sun road or take the park bus, it us about 1/2 drive. Check with the park on the bus schedules

Is it pet friendly?
The lake is very long, but if you are asking about the Lake McDonald Lodge/village, that is on the east side of the lake and is roughly 15-20 miles away from Glacier Outdoor Center.
