Made a reservation; cancelled in a few days. Instead they recharged for another 4 day stay. Received bill for 2 4 day stays. Almost $1,000 . After calling 6 times did not receive any credit. Had to contact credit card company.

Booked this lodge through National Parks Reservation services for sept 7th. When we arrived they could not honour the booking due to an undisclosed problem. Despite many promises still to receive a refund. Have taken it up with our card company after taking up with the parks service. Not impressed!

My husband and I stayed at the SilverWolf Log Chalet Resort for 5 nights! We loved it! The minute we pulled up to the chalets you feel peace. When we walked into our cabin it smelled so fresh and clean! The decor is a woodsy theme... The fresh pines outside surround the property. We had a nice porch to sit...

We couldn't get into the Glacier Nat'l Park a couple of weeks before we decided to go, so looked outside the park. Silverwolf cabins were so perfect for the area - close to the park entrance. Bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated and roomy, and the ambiance was great. There was a basket of huge muffins, fruit and granola bars...

Very convenient to th4e west side of GNP. Just the right size for a couple, and nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and very clean. Saw some of the other reviews with comments about the train noise, but really is it was somewhat nostalgic to my wife and I. Our hostess Jo was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable and...

I would like to respond to the review by Nancy. About the breakfast basket. Due to overall consideration, the baskets are being changed up a bit! The inconsistency of milk was one of those changes. We offer juice, coffe, tea, muffins, fresh fruit, and now protien or granola bars! Milk was taken out because of the decision to go with...

We liked the cabin for its close proximity to the West Glacier Entrance. We spent most of our time in the park so we were only here during the evenings. Here are some notes to consider: it is not air conditioned but with the windows open it cools off and there's a ceiling fan. It is close to the road...

We stayed here on our first night at GNP and left early the next morning to secure a spot at Apgar campground. While the resort is cute and provides a private bath and protection from the elements, it isn't very private, quiet, or special, considering the price. Due to lack of air conditioning, we needed to keep windows open. Whenever...

From the reviews I thought everything would be great. Our greeting was nice. The gal was very nice but seemed flighty, maybe too much for her to do. The cabin was cute BUT, the mattress n sheets are old n need replaced. The coffee pot was impossible to fill from the little cabinet it was in. She said she'd bring...

Located just 10 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park, the cabins are a perfect refuge for the day hiker. We set our own itinerary and the resort management met our needs. Breakfast was provided in-room the night before making it possible to arrive at the park shuttle when it opened at 7 am. One day a doe...
