Loved our cabin and the staff was very helpful. Great place!! The cabin was very clean. The fireplace was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. I loved everything about it. The resort is easy to find and very close to the park entrance.
Very comfortable stay for a night in the Moose Cabin. Plenty of room and very well equipped. Great location just outside of Glacier National Park. The staff was very responsive through the reservation process.
We spent 2 nights in a ground floor lodge room. Our friends had a upstairs room. There was no bell service. It was easy for us to get our luggage and gear into the ground floor room, not so easy for our friends upstairs, as there is no elevator. Fortunately, we are able bodied seniors, but those with disabilities or limited strength would have a difficult time getting their belongings upstairs on their own. That being said the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, as was the common area. The room was large enough to have accommodated a small table for in room dining. The lodge appeared to be fairly new. There was a large refrigerator, but no coffee maker or TV. Coffee was available at the reception desk. We were told in room coffee makers were not available due to Covid-19 sanitation precautions. However, a microwave was provided for all guests to use in the common area. This doesn't seem safe considering all guests are allowed to use it. In room coffee makers could be easily sanitized in between guests. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and linens. They even supplied make-up remover pads and black facecloths for make-up removal. The location was great! Near the entrance to the park and with several very good restaurants nearby.…
Great Northern Resort was a great choice. Excellent location, just by the entrance to Glacier NP. Well maintained rooms, spacious and clean. Staff in the office friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend and will come back here next year.
In spite of the perfectly manicured grounds, as well as handsome buildings and proximity to West entrance of Glacier Park our stay turned into $200/night squeaky bed with dirty blanket on one of the beds. After a long day in the car, and in spite of Covid, we expected at least a coffee maker. There was no refrigerator, microwave or television. No pictures or decor of any type. Before we saw our room we asked if there was availability for further nights and were told yes, but there would be no housekeeping during an extended stay. If you have $200 to spend for a night in a great hotel or motel this is not the place.
