We all had a great time rafting. It was just the right amount of fun for everyone our guide Jackie was incredible very knowledgeable about the surroundings and history. I highly recommend them and look forward to the next time I’m in Glacier to do it again
I would give it zero if I can. It suppose to be a vacation. We booked the cabin in February directly from them. We have been looking forward to it for 5 month and then we are so disappointed. They advised on those big 3rd party website said they have AC. But they won't tell you is only hotel rooms and 3 of the 5 cabin have AC. Unfortunately what we booked doesn't have AC, even though it is the most expensive and biggest one. Thinking about what will happen in a cabin without AC when outside is over 100F. They put a lot noise fans in room, 7 or 8 or 9. However, it won't cool down until midnight. And it is really noisy!!!. We can go sleep until 12AM or 1AM. It is simply too loud and too hot. There is no front desk after 7PM. Only a service line and tell us we need to wait next day to talk to manager. Next day morning, manager tell us this is what it is. You can take it or leave. And the manager blame us be upset and angry. This is a really good solution, be more angry and accuse your customers who doesn't sleep at all. The manager said they are fully booked and no mobile AC. Then only solution they provided, and they call it it is "their solution" by asking us to leave and find another place. They did provide us an address which is 20 miles away and have only two bedroom which can barely hold 6 people. Then what's the point we book a big cabin for 10 people at beginning? We asked a discount/refund on the days we can't sleep and they refused and tell us this is Montana. In the middle of nowhere, can't expect good service. Take it or leave. Eventually, we have to take what it is. The only way we can do is stay in the park as long as we can until temperature cooling down. One more thing, the cabin smells bad when the fan stopped. It is just kind of the old building or toilet smell. The only benefit would it is really close to Glacier park's gate. btw, we paid $550 per day. Totally not worth.…
A beautiful scenic and low-key float for the whole family. Our guide, Charlie, was knowledgeable and funny. We were on a raft with two other families and had a lot of fun! At one point we pulled off to swim and skip rocks. Highly recommended!
Room was very nice, plenty of space. Nice touch to provide sack continental breakfast for guests and daily info on weather, things to do. More details (actual addresses) for places they recommend would be helpful. They have a snack bar that is in their caboose in front of the office if you want a hot breakfast to go. They had unfortunately run out of eggs and bread the following day, so had to drive a distance to get a hot breakfast. Would stay again and take advantage of the excursions they offer.
We did this rafting trip that included riverside dinner with two adults and two children, aged 11 and 13. Whitewater sections were super fun and our guide, Jazz, was completely professional but also so friendly and wanted all of us to have a great time, which we did!
Hand down the best white water experience I’ve every had! Staff was awesome and made the experience very enjoyable. Felt safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun time. My guide was savannah and she rocked! Sam and kala were the other guides and they were awesome as well:)
We booked with Great Northern Resort on our recent trip to Glacier National Park. We did a half day trip with our dinner on the river. Aidan was our main guide and did an excellent job. Travis was our support guide and also the chef. He also did an amazing job. I don’t think a day on the river could have been more enjoyable!
We had a great full day rafting experience. Our family of 7 had Sophie as our river guide and she was amazing! Sam was the lead guide on the voyage and he was great. Our lunch on the beach was top notch, highly recommend!
Perfect trip for those who want an alternative to white water rafting. Susie was a very knowledgeable guide, appreciated her experience on the river and the bonus fishing tips. Very fair price , felt safe the entire time.
We learned a lot and really enjoyed the scenic raft tour. I recommend renting the booties (only $2.50) which made it so much easier to walk around during our stop. My husband enjoyed talking about the fishing tours that are also available with our guide.
