I truly have no complaints. We had a nice cabin. Rustic and spacious. The price was great. The location is quite good - close to West Glacier and right in Apgar. It was nice to be able to walk to the delicous and friendly Eddie's. I liked our cabin. However, I'm not sure if our cold/rude "weclome" at reception was... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Lodge, in a small cabin with a private bathroom, and greatly enjoyed it. Easy parking. The cabin had cooking facilities. It was a short walk to the lake with picture-perfect views of the mountains. No Wi-Fi or TV, so just perfect for a holiday. Shops nearby, so organising our own breakfast, lunches and dinners... Stayed in a cabin without kitchenette but with a shower / toilet. Clean, neat, warm and safe. Bathroom was a little cramped but perfectly serviceable. Most cabins are not located lakeside but unless this is critical don’t worry about it, the lake is 2 minutes walk away and easily accessible (in any event the crowd at the edge of Lake... More

We stayed in the motel part. The room had two bedrooms. It had the smallest bathroom of any motel I've ever stayed in, but was very functional. The room was very clean and furniture a bit dared. We had a great stay because of the ideal location. It is right by Lake MacDonald. Because of the proximity we enjoyed beautiful... More

Rustic cabin with great rates. At night went down by lake and the sky was about as clear as I have seen it. our cabin slept three and was comfortable. Short drive to entrance to Glacier National Park.

Of course can't beat the location, walked out the first morning to clear sky and mist coming off the water. Be prepared for thin walls, we used the fan in the room to drown snorer next door, and for tiniest shower I've ever used, Small bathroom, rooms, but they get the job done. Clean, nice staff at front desk very... More

We had a motelroom on the road. The room had everything, nice bed, heater, not a big bathroom, but clean, almost next to Lake McDonald and after the daytourists leave the atmosphere is fantastic. Next to Eddie's Cafe where you can dine and have breakfast. Receptionist was not very welcoming, but maybe just had a bad day.

We stayed in one of the motel rooms. The room had a sitting area with window overlooking the river. There was no coffee pot in room, but one could walk to office for a free cup. No ac. We visited glacier towards the end of season. Most of the other hotels/restaurants had already closed for the season. We were staying... More

Most all accommodations in Glacier National Park have that rustic feel and this is no exception. We stayed in the motel section which backs up to a running creek. Absolutely beautiful. The rooms are old and dated, few amenities, and small bathrooms. However, our motel room was clean and comfortable. It was sort of like camping out, but not having... More

We stayed there for 1 night in the cabin with kitchen. Lodge is located right in the Apgar by the lake ( 2 min walk from our cabin to lake). Cabin we stayed in was rather small with 1 double bed and very small bathroom. I think it was one of the smallest shower cabins I have been in (... More
