Used to be our favorite hotel in Brooklyn. Disappointed with the results of the remodel and trend by Marriott to cut staff and services. Nothing special anymore-No view from the lounge because it's no longer on a high floor. The room is mainly black and cheap looking. No drawers to put clothes away. No robe. Strange non-functional lighting. No desk... More

If you like the Marriott brand, you'll probably be fine with this place. But as a frequent traveler, I can't imagine why anyone would like a Marriott and this one is a notch below on service though on-par with mediocre decor. The rooms are apparently renovated, but feel like an airport lounge from the '90s. Fine, but disappointing. The lobby... More

It's a Marriott !! Been there before ...this stay we had an amazingly large room. Very well appointed, modern, clean room. The location was great for us ... son lives 2 blocks away in Brooklyn Heights. The subway station is "across the street". Convenient for walking across the bridge, the Promenade, Atlantic Ave/Smith St (for eating), Dumbo, access to Manhattan,... More

We were here for three nights and experienced classic Marriott perfect service....it was just absolutely seamless, perfect from start to finish. My husband is a Lifetime Platinum member and they really treated us as such, upgrade, Concierge Lounge, etc. The M Lounge is enormous, very like a large airport lounge with a lot of comfortable, seating, tables, multiple TV's, food... We arrive late at night to a room unfit for a couple of a certain age; little hanging space, no bathroom shelf space, no couch to sit and a noisy air system. late the next day, we were moved to a room that had none of these issues. The next five nights were great. Thanks staff.?

The only issue I really had with the hotel was the elevator repair going on close to my room. Room was large and clean. Staff was helpful. Computer usage charge was incredibly high, however the concierge worked it out for me.

Typical Marriott experience in good Brooklyn location. Rooms are newly remodeled and the lobby has a new M club. I was surprised by the listed offerings it had for being so large. I would stay here again. Staff helpful.

We had a King room on the 5th floor. I was very surprised how large it was. Much biger than rooms in Manhattan for the same price. Good blackout curtains and reasonable noise insulation from street. We had a nice view of an attractive building. Beds and pillows were super comfy. We had breakfast included in the Marriott Lounge which... More

I stayed at the NY Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge for two nights in April. The great staff started with the doormen and continued with the lobby and check in desk! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. My room was amazing! I also paid the fee for the Marriott Club! Well worth the extra cost!

This hotel is nicely located in Downtown Brooklyn, near many shops and eateries within walking distance. It is especially great walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge. And the Hotel itself is awesome! Great staff in that any issues you may have they check back with you to be sure they have been resolved. Very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Rooms... More
