Finally doing the review I should of done months ago !!!! Have children in the area, came to visit. Always trying new places to stay in the area but I think this one is going to be my keeper if they survive Covid. First that staff are amazing Ronnie and Anabel at the front desk were amazing and had tons of advice and Information and the drivers Odian and Greg , one of them came out to help me with my luggage mind you I was parked across the street which I know he didn’t have to do and also he informed me that I was parked on the wrong side of the street for nighttime cleaning and I would get a ticket. Back to the hotel huge rooms for Brooklyn . Clean Clean Clean !!!! Love the art and decor . The “breakfast” could have a few added things so it doesn’t run out so quickly. Also not much in walking distance this is where the shuttle comes in handy. Keep it up guys can’t wait to see you soon .

From arrival to departure (4 nights), our experience was amazing. We can't wait to return! This hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and transportation. The hotel offers a complimentary car service within a short radius. We took advantage of the service and found the drivers to be very accommodating and kind. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and VERY clean. The hotel staff was welcoming and thoughtful. They were very helpful with providing recommendations for activities and restaurants. I would like to mention Ronnie, Leah, NIgel, and Julian who provided outstanding customer service. We hope to visit again soon.

We had again a great time at this Hotel. The employees are very friendly and do anything for you. Specially Robbie and Anabel are great! It's located in a quiet area. Nearby Subway for traveling. Polish bakery nearby for bread or something delicious inbetween. In the morning a small breakfast table is inviting you to take something from it to start the day.

We stayed at Henry Norman hotel for 3 nights and we were more than happy with everything. It was reasonably priced compared to every other hotel in the city, but even tho it was cheaper we were treated as in a 5 star hotel. The hotel is unique and stylish, located at a quiet neighbourhood. There is a subway station close by (10min walking). Room was very clean and the bed was so comfy, the room had very interesting magazines and it was furnished in a modern way but not boring in any way. The gym and the morning pastries were a big plus for us. The best thing tho...the hospitality of the staff. Thank you Greg, Julian, Odain, Nigel, Tamika, Peabo, Leah, Anabel, Ronnie, Sam, Zach & Josiah. Will definately book this next time I'm heading to NYC, no question about it.

My wife and I stayed three nights recently while visiting our daughter in Brooklyn. Friends of ours had stayed here before and recommended it. Quaint, unique, converted residential building. Well done and very clean. The staff was very professional and attentive. Shout out to Greg, the doorman/driver, who did an incredible job. Gave us great advise on local restaurants, subway routes, etc. Very professional, personable, and friendly. Says something when you hung the doorman after checking out and say "Hope to see you again." A+ job. The available Mercedes courtesy car was a godsend. Will take you anywhere within a mile or so range (further if going to Williamsburg) AND pick you up. Even after tips probably saved us $100 on Uber. This will likely be our go-to place on future visits. Only advise I would give is avoid the first floor rooms by the front and side streets. Traffic can be a little noisy -- trucks hitting the infamous pothole on Norman!!
