Inside rooms maybe pretty good. But the problem would be in the lateness of the evening. I wouldn't do too much venturing during the evening. The neighborhood can be rough. This area was high crime area, during the 1990's up to 2007 ....it's changed as far as new housing goes.but don't go walking around in the evening. Take a car... More

Stayed here last minute for one Thursday night in May, before going to New Jersey for the remainder of my journey. Finding the hotel seemed difficult for the taxi driver, as between both our sat navs, it took a while before finding, but got there nonetheless. For me, it was a pretty decent stay. There wasn't a huge amount near... More

Only stayed here for a night for business due to the local area. The hotel was clean and wifi worked great. I have no complaints about the room which was pretty average. There was a small parking lot behind the hotel which is great so you Don't have to park in the street. My only complaint was this hotel was... More

If you need to get some quick rest or need a place to spend some time with a "friend" this is your place. The rooms are not equipped with much amenities but the bed did give a good night's rest. Not good for kids, in the early hours in the morning you hear a lot of moaning.

I stayed at the Hotel Bliss last weekend, and I was delighted by the quality of my room and the service. Everyone who worked there was extremely kind and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Even though I was just one flight up from the street, I heard nothing from the traffic below. The staff helped me... More

The man at the main desk was very curtious and friendly! The lobby and facility itself was very clean! The room was decorated very nicely and had a king size bed! The bathroom was clean and had basic stuff plus hair dryer! I had a lovely 4 hours there and it was quiet! The parking is limited if you want... More

Clean rooms and friendly staff. No restaurants around except a jamaican restaurant that sells horrible food. The area is a little desserted. The bus stop is 5 minutes away which is a plus.the subway Is not much further than the bus stop. There is not many parking. They do call cabs if needed. The rooms are very small but super... More

Let's start with the drawbacks first. One, it's in the middle of nowhere. There isn't much in walking distance besides blocks of warehouses where you won't see a soul on the street. Not even a McDonald's. You could walk to the subway, but I wouldn't suggest it. This is East New York, which looks more like Detroit than Manhattan. Second,... More

I got the room for $65 for 4 hours, which was a really good price. I was really there for a quickie, but it was surprisingly chic in terms of decor. The bed was very comfortable (firm bed, fluffy pillows). We didn't really use the lights much, but when they were on, the room seemed clean. The bathroom was definitely... More
