This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I travel frequently for work and have never seen such incompetence from a hotel in 10 plus years. My partner is a first responder this stay was his first week off since January when he began working in the morgue at the hospital. On this trip we also were celebrating my birthday that is next Weds. We started off the trip believing we were staying at the Hotel Indigo. We saw a review where the hotel "was closed." WE NEVER RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FROM BOOKING.COM OR THE HOTEL. My partner called the hotel, emailed the hotel and emailed booking.com and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. When we arrived at the hotel, a sign was on the door saying the hotel was closed & we were to go to the hotel Sheraton!?!? That is not where we wanted to stay! We wanted specifically a boutique hotel. When we got to the Sheraton we were displeased with the view (a construction site) and the service. We asked for towels only never to receive them until I asked again 24 hours later, the thermostat did not work, and there wasn't an option to upgrade to a better room (with a fridge or microwave). Strangely, when called down one day, the GM for the Hotel Indigio picked up the phone, Mr. Gromley. I told him about our experience and he was incredibly RUDE and APATHETIC. He even agreed I should call corporate and I noted how unhelpful he was being. Again, we would NEVERhave chosen to stay here. The service and lack of communication is astounding.…
All Indigo hotels are just crappy 2 star hotels dressed up the tiniest bit to be a 3 star. You get what you pay for, and I knew that when I booked it. But this particular location is the most DISGUSTING hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were covered in dust and pubic hair, the shower did not drain and leaked out all over the bathroom, there was a hole in the ceiling, the elevator reeked of beer and marijuana. Additionally the fire alarm went off for a half an hour in the middle of the night, not once but twice, and no one from the front desk at any point made ANY effort to explain to guests what was going on and whether or not we were safe. Do yourself a favor and spend $30 more to stay at the Sheraton across the street. Attached photo is of the large gaping hole in our bathroom ceiling.…
This upscale hotel is modern and up to date. (Nurse) However.... Beware of the constant barrage of weed smell and lots of foot traffic. Sad.... This hotel could be something great!!!! My stay was during the pandemic for work.
Absolutely unprofessional and hostile environment, the room I booked said sleeps 4, but upon arrival I was shown a tiny room. When requested for another room, I shared photos with them of the room I booked, the receptionist told me that these photos are old and needs to be updated. After a very long travel, I just wanted to get done with the whole thing. So they charged me another $2000 for the new room. In this room there were 2 queen beds. I had a friend visiting with me who came to my hotel room once, the next day cleaning lady asked me if there are 3 people staying in the room. The audacity and snoopy attitude of the staff is unbelievable. I feel like there is no privacy, customer service is of no help and the hotel management wants to make extra money wherever possible. Definitly never returning.…
