I understand this is a budget hotel, but the filth level at Hotel BPM is unacceptable. My sheets had very visible stains on them, the floors needed to be vacuumed and mopped and there was a sticky substance on the nightstand. My heat would not turn on and when I called the front desk from my cellphone, because my room... More

I booked this hotel based on the enticing video on the website. When I got there it was the complete opposite. The hallways were filthy, the elevator had water in there and the customer service was non existent. On top of the horrible experience, the staff were very unfriendly. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having free breakfast that can be $25 elsewhere. Personal is nice. Only the latino room cleaner shout me something non pleasant in spanish in my back. I will go back there. So nice to have subway station at 2 corners. They don't lock you out like Double Trees hostel where it happens twice.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, so granted, my review may be a bit outdated. (travel date on review is NOT accurate. my true travel dates were not listed in the drop down menu**) However, I stayed 5 days, and was very comfortable. The breakfast- or lack there of- was my only complaint. They served microwave... More

We went a few years ago and it was amazing so when we were going back to Brooklyn I was so happy to book my stay. The place is a dump now, everything was a mess dirty bugs in the shower. Rude staff couldn't find me at check in couldn't find me at check out. People just loitering around the... More

BPM had so much potential when it opened a few years ago, but now it is very disappointing. We’ve stayed here before, and it is going downhill. BPM is a cool DJ themed hotel, but is suffering from underinvestment in maintenance; the hotel is run down. It’s a great location if you want to be in the Sunset Park/Greenwood area... More

So the hotel isn't great. But I will state that when I was looking for a hotel this was one of the cheaper options. So whilst not great, and I will raise some issues, for the price it's relatively fair. Essentially given the facilities they have I reckon it wouldn't take much to push this over the top. Decor wise... More

My boyfriend and I were so excited to stay at this hotel. I found it when searching for boutique hotels in NYC and thought we could get more bang for our buck staying in Brooklyn- note this is not even in a nicer area of Brooklyn -but I was completely wrong. Walking up to the hotel we saw girls running... More

This place is a roach motel masquerading as a boutique hotel. I checked in, looked at my room and immediately booked a hotel elsewhere. Dirty carpet. Trash everywhere. Unprofessional management. Seemed like a family run place. No amenities. The 'bar' in the basement was closed and not even stocked.

This place is not a hotel!! Management needs to really get their act together before they can call it a hotel. We traveled here with our young child and it was so bad that we had to book a different hotel and leave in middle of the night after midnight. So PLEASE, don't book this place if you are traveling...
