    Perfect location
Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the location is perfect, 5 min walk from the L and G trains making access to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens very quick and easy. The adjacent area of Brooklyn has lots of great bars, shops and restaurants to choose from and is really buzzing. My only complaints would be that on Friday and Saturday night the hotel has a nightclub on the 8th floor which kept us awake in our 5th floor room with the noise of the music and the crowds waiting in line to get in downstairs. Also one of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pool, but when we arrived we discovered that it wasn't open until May, which wasn't clear when I booked (although I booked via Booking.com so that may not be the fault of the hotel). Overall I would definitely stay here again, but would ask for a room on a lower floor at the rear of the building if I was there over a Friday or Saturday

    Excellent Value and Service
Excellent value for great boutique hotel in the heart of Williamsburg. My room was small yet comfortable since I was staying alone. Beautiful new bathroom with a robe. Bed, duvet and pillows were cozy when I desperately needed to sleep after a red-eye. Service was great, they gave me a great space to take a conference call after check-out and offered to arrange a car service to the airport.
Hello KLNight, Thank you for taking the time to share your review about your experience, so happy you loved everything about the hotel. Our staff appreciates the service recognition as they work tirelessly to make the hotel a home. We would love nothing more than to have you back again soon.

    Weekend getaway
Booked a room at the CODA hotel for a weekend getaway with my husband. When we got there we were greeted by Alberto & Toni and they both made the check in process a breeze. They were very helpful letting us know what was around Williamsburg since we wanted to explore and walk around. Our room was very nice & clean. It had a modern style design & a great view from the balcony. We planned on getting some dinner & Toni recommended to try the hotel restaurant Bohemia, that serves Indonesian food. She gave us a few food and drink recommendations. We started off with some cocktails & I had the tequila drink “when in Indonesia”, we also tried Wagyu empanadas. Then we ordered the steak & Wagyu burger which was amazing! In the morning they served coffee & some pastries for their guests. This is a great hotel for its location and more importantly because they have staff like Alberto & Toni who provide personalized service.

This hotel was touted as “boutique” which really meant small. Used to be Australian owned so has a European feel. Small rooms, no coffee maker or fridge, extra small bath and closet space. Comfortable beds and plush towels. Staff exceedingly nice and helpful. Nightclub in basement with bar and limited food. Nightclub also on roof. Beware noise levels on weekends! Luckily nearly all restaurants deliver food but had no luck with in room dining. Fancy pool for adults only and some food and drinks available there. Interesting experience.

Coda was the perfect place for our anniversary staycation. Comfy bed and the best front desk staff. Our bedroom tv wasn’t working but they sent up Leo, who fixed the problem super quickly! So grateful for everyone who made our stay a blast.

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel. Unfortunately that will never happen. All flights into LGA were grounded at their destinations on 9/9/23. This made the National morning news on 9/10/23. I called the hotel repeatedly for an hour trying to speak to someone on Saturday 9/9/23 when our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next morning. I wanted to keep my room so it would be ready for me when I arrived at 10 am on the new flight. Getting through to anyone at the front desk was infuriation. A constant loop of pressing 0 for the front desk only for the phone to ring and ring and go back to the prerecorded selection to press 0 for the front desk. After doing this for 35 minutes a gentlemen picked up the call. I gave him my name and number. He looked up my reservation with my Confirmation number. I told him that my flight was canceled and I needed my room. Check me in. I had already prepaid the full charge of $1240 for 3 nights. He told me I was in good shape and my room was held for me. I also talked with John at reservations who was helpful but could not help me with check in and the delay. I also sent two emails and the front desk manager, James, assured me that the staff looks at emails in a timely manner but whomever was working the desk on Saturday night dropped the ball. When we arrived to the hotel in a torrential downpour the reservation had been canceled as a no show despite the emails and phone calls. James at the front desk did help to refund the full charge, but had no room available for me for my bushiness stay, nor di anyone at the desk seem to be too arsed about the fact that their telephone and e-mail customer service is nonexistent. Despite providing the emails sent the night before at 6 pm and 8 pm, and the phone call with the front desk, the staff was nonplussed because I didn’t apparently have the NSA level of documentation to show with whom I spoke or that my email was received. They left two guests stranded with no hotel, didn’t refund the no show however, until I showed up and raised cane. Didn’t even offer to look at a sister property for us. Nah, they screwed up and instead of working with us they wanted us GONE. No explanation other than someone on the night shift marked it a no show and cancelled it (they kept asking me who was working at the front desk last night - Sir, I’m a guest, I don’t work here and don’t have access to your employee schedule) Boo CODA. Your lack of any pleasant or accommodating front desk service from Millennials is proven in the lack of communication we and desire to service guests. I guess no one wants to work too hard. Too bad for $500 a night James did refund the charge and we went to The Henry Norman Hotel and the difference in the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere was palpable.

Just used the pool services and they were excellent. If you go to New York in the summertime and want to cool off in an outdoor pool away from crowds of children, reserve pool time here. No one under 21 allowed. Great service and food/drinks. Worth the price for sure. I will be back next time here.

I’ve never written a review, neither good or bad but after my TERRIBLE experience at the Coda Williamsburg Hotel, I felt that a review was warranted to express how disappointing the hospitality and service at the pool beach club of this hotel was. The so called, pool manager James Everett, treats the hotel guests with total disrespect, disregard and rudeness beyond my comprehension as a guest trying to have a relaxing time on vacation. He acts like he’s doing the hotel guests a favor by doing what’s part of his job. He’s extremely rude, unprofessional and he’s in urgent need of some guidance/training to improve his attitude of not making guests feel welcome or he should not to be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel front staff is friendly and helpful but unfortunately, because of the pool manager’s bad and unprofessional attitude, I will not be returning to this hotel for any future stays. Hopefully, upper management will make improvements for the sake of other guests!!

Staying at this hotel was the perfect choice. Toni, an employee at the hotel, assisted me in booking a fantastic room. On the day of my stay, I arrived a few hours before the official check-in time. However, James and Augusto warmly welcomed me and went out of their way to ensure that the room was prepared for me ahead of schedule. They took the time to inquire about the purpose of my visit, and I shared that it was my birthday. To my delight, they surprised me by sending a bottle of champagne to my room. Their thoughtful gesture made me feel incredibly special throughout the day. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Toni, James, and Augusto for their exceptional service and dedication to their roles.

From the moment I arrived I didn’t get any feel good vibes. Firstly steps to navigate to get to reception and no help offered despite just myself female 65+ late night check-in and no other people at desk requiring assistance. Rooms on small side and no refrigerator ( found out after 2 days one could be brought to the room). Security is an issue as anyone walking in can use lift to any floor as no one questions if guest or not. In fact a person walked off street sat by pool smoked then stripped off to underwear and jumped into pool. Used excessively bad language and police were called to remove. As I was on a lounge next to this person I was not given any advice to move away from situation. So if single and female I would not stay at this hotel.
