Room is super small but ok for one person, bed way too firm for my liking, soft sheets, good channel lineup on TV BUT tv is basically mounted against the wall whereby you cant even watch it while in bed and remote control only changes channels, you have to physically turn TV on & off from button on side, layout is very funky. Quiet neighborhood, with a few corner stores a few blocks away. Personally I dont I would ever stay again. No breakfast offered here either. Filthy dirt behind TV set (pictured).

The room was super small. The socket was hanging out from the wall which is an electrical violation. The sheets had stains on them. The floor was filthy. The grout in the shower floor was brown instead of white in most areas, thank goodness I brought my flip flops. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. I killed two ants crawling on the wall. There were also bugs flying around in the lobby. The cleaning staff wasn't friendly at all. Even if they don't speak English well, they can still smile. The bed was too high off the ground and difficult to get in and out of. The only nice thing was the concierges John and Giovanni. They were exceptionally nice and professional.

My name is Avari Holden and I stayed at the union hotel on Sunday May 26th-Monday May 27th. I booked the room for two guest. We did not enjoy my stay at all and it all started when I booked the room. This hotel advertises that you reserve the room and pay when you get there. That was a lie. My debit card was charged the same day that I booked it. I have the transaction from my bank statement as proof. Also the young man that was at the front desk when I first checked in, confirmed that my card was charged incorrectly. The young man proceeded to apologize and said that we would be given some type of incentive for this inconvenience. We did not receive an incentive, but that is not the only issue. Here is a list of things that was wrong with my stay. 1. The door would not lock even if it was closed. 2. We went to the front desk for help and no one was even there. 3. Ice machine was broken 4. Shower/sink water was cold 5. We were told I got an upgraded room but I received the room I originally booked. 6.Loud Music was being played by another resident at 4 o’clock in the morning and my hallway smelled like marijuana. As you can see there were multiple reasons why my stay was horrible. I was offered a free nights stay but didn’t receive any finalized incentive. I would like a full refund for the room because it was not worth all the troubles it cause myself or my guest.

This is by far the most worst hotel stay I've ever experienced . The wifi barely works on the 4th floor. Also the Queen cozy room is a closet size where the bed takes up the whole room and the bathroom is oversized

This "queen size bed" that I payed average $200 CAD per night s in fact a double sized bed in a room as small as the bed. Angelica, the front desk manager is trying her best to rip off the clients, she cancelled my reservation after I complained about the size of the beds, booked the room to other clients and refused to refund my money, hiding behind all kind of "reservation policies"of the hotel. They got payed for this horrible room in double, for the same nights, and we found ourselves on the street for the last 2 nights of the booking. This is the hospitality they offer for the clients.
