"At Home in Brooklyn" is a place of true contentment. Eclectic elegance, rooms are well appointed, spacious, clean and tiny details around every corner. Having our morning coffee out on the deck was a perfect way to start our day after a peaceful nights sleep. Did I mention the sheets were like butter. Breakfast was wonderful, a beautiful smile from Marco, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, smoothies and my favorite, chocolate croissant are just a few of the goodies available. The location was ideal as we were visiting our son who lives a few blocks away. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Marco!

Very quiet, comfortable and clean. All the comforts of home are available here, along with several extras. Every morning we awoke to hot coffee and a generous spread of cut fruit, nuts, granola, juices, fresh smoothies, rolls and coffee cake. The house is warm and inviting. Don and Marco are wonderful hosts. We will stay there often.

I found this B&B on the internet, driven by the location near grandkids (that seems to be a big theme in this neighborhood)! The price was so reasonable that I wondered what I was walking into. This is a real gem - it is a beautifully appointed home, with three guest rooms that share a bath on the second floor and a bedroom with its own bath on the third floor. The owners have thought of everything - lots of nice towels, a tasty and healthy breakfast offered early enough to get you out and on your way, nice space for hanging clothes, etc. They are lovely but not hovering in the way that some B&B hosts do - I was super-comfortable. I had my own key and came and went as I pleased, including getting in late one night when I clearly was the last one in. This is a gorgeous and super-safe block. I stayed 3 nights and walked back from the subway or my kids' place every night with absolutely no reservations (in fact did some extra walking to see the lovely brownstones and Christmas decorations). I ordinarily don't jump at the chance to share a bath, but this is as good a set-up as one could want. I'll be back!

This was by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The hosts were friendly and fun. We really had the run of the place. Enjoyed the backyard sitting area and the breakfasts were excellent, a wide vary to choose from and everything was fresh. Especiallyenjoyed the lox and bagels Sunday morning. The home is lovely, built in the early 1900's and very welcoming.

We were in Brooklyn to meet our new grandson but not enough room at our son & daughter-in-law's apartment meant we had to stay elsewhere and what a find At Home in Brooklyn was! Like Ian C we too were on the 3rd floor overlooking Prospect Park and everything about our stay was brilliant. Comfy bed, great bathroom, delicious breakfasts and VERY friendly owners - perfect. Thank you for a great stay in your beautiful home.

Room Tip: All rooms are good but I would think the 2nd floor rooms are the quieter ones re traffic noise!
