We chose this hotel because of its pet policy. Free. It suffered the usual downside of such a policy especially if rooms are carpeted. After checking out several rooms we chose the room that had the least odor. Also on the plus side they have free parking but it is limited. The rooms are good size for Brooklyn and staff...

The rooms are small. There was no refrigerator (although the booking.com website advertises that rooms have such appliances). There is a very small wardrobe. Ok for an overnight stay but too basic if you intend to stay longer. The bathroom was reasonably sized. During our stay, the room was not made up one day and little effort goes into making...

When there is planned construction that is required, schedule it to begin at a minimum after checkout time. Construction, drilling, hammering, and industrial equipment started in the morning and the noise level was unbearable.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting family. For us it is a great location, near enough to subway lines, and right by the entrance to the BQE to get back out. It's also just 3 subway stops from our son's house. The room was small, but adequate. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was okay. The...

The room wasn't bad. Typical room, however, I wanted to be moved the minute I got there when room 113 was right across from two, whining vending and ice making machines. The new room was better, 101 just down the hall but there was a clicking coming from the bathroom fan. I told management. He heard then said I'll have...

This Inn is close to the subway easy to get to Manhattan and if you plan to go see Statue of Liberty you can take the subway it's very convenient. The Inn has a complimentary breakfast which was great. If you want to eat pizza there's a pizzeria right across the hotel also there's a deli next to it. For...

In 20 years of traveling to NYC I have never been treated with such incompetence by the staff of this hotel and encountered such unhelpful and rude management. If you can avoid this hotel do so. The staff was so bad I downloaded this app just to share and warn future guests...

This hotel is in a convenient location near Park Slope in Brooklyn. While the price is reasonable, you get what you pay for - tiny room, bathtub that didn't work because there was no plug or stopper (shower worked) and very poor breakfast foods. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Pros: Newer or recently updated. Economical Close enough to Subway station Cons: Parking situation sucks, if you are not there in time or at the right time, you are on your own to find street parking and/or a garage somewhere (we got VERY lucky) WiFi in our room on 4th floor was very poor
