What a great experience we had at the Hoxton over the Thanksgiving holidays. Here in NYC visiting our granddaughter and family. Fabulous view of the skyline from our room. Great staff....They have created a cozy area with a fireplace to relax and/or have a drink. Nice neighborhood to walk in. GREAT VISIT

I just loved this place. I can not think of a negative thing to say. From the minute we walked in we know this was going to be a great experience. Every one was welcoming. Make sure to book a Manhattan view room.

Although a good location, the hotel needs to work on a number of things. The rooms are extremely small. It is hard to turn around in the shower. There is no staff to assist with luggage and a convoluted way of getting your items from the entrance to the elevators available for your room. The towels were extremely poor quality - threadbare and torn. No info in the room about services or amenities or how to use the TV if interested. I don't know if it was a staffing shortage or just poor attention to detail. But this place is not ready for Prime Time.

The hotel is gorgeous but it is the kindness of the manager, Jae, that motivated me to write a review. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a nice time which completely transformed our stressful trip into an enjoyable one. Everyone who works at the hotel is friendly, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and it is right in the heart of Williamsburg. I’ll be staying here every time I visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked a room with a tub (and paid extra) so I could take a bath after a long weekend working an event. We were told they didn’t have any stoppers and they weren’t sure why. I appreciated the $50 credit but I would have booked a different hotel. Additionally, the noise from the room above was surprisingly very bad, they were moving furniture (I guess the chairs) at 11:30pm and again at 7am and it was extremely loud- like prewar Brooklyn apartment with zero insulation loud. Floors are not carpeted throughout. The staff and design and location and accommodations were seriously all so nice but if you book a place specifically to relax and sleep and are unable to do either 🤷‍♀️ The rest of it can’t make up for that. Just a warning to anyone who was hoping to come here and take a
