I’ve stayed several times in 2022 & 2023. Staff is very friendly and accommodating; they even went out of their way to help with a parking issue. They are very accommodating with late check-out (1pm) and baggage storage before room ready and after check-out. Breakfast is a great perk and has a variety. Rooms and public areas are very clean. Great package deal with parking.

Hotel's Favorite
Very clean, quiet, and convenient for our visit. Parking next door, breakfast included, luggage storage until room ready, and curtesy late check-out. Double room and bathroom good for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend.

I've been visiting the Nu Hotel for the past three years: I visit on average every two months. The cleanliness, attractive design of rooms and lobby, the gracious service, the internet connection , the elegant toiletries from a famous company, the delicious ( free) breakfast, the healthy snacks ( plus chocolate chip cookies that taste home made) ....need I say more why I think this hotel is the outstanding for value, location, comfort and service?

I’m from Brooklyn however I stayed here for a couple’s getaway. The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable but extremely low to the ground. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was fresh. Overnight Parking lot was expensive

Rooms are not good, USB's did not work, mold in the bathroom, the rooms desperately need an upgrade for the price you pay. Staff were good and friendly , rooms were loud, there are options around that offer better rooms.

NU hotel is in the neighborhood I grew up in, so when I fly in to visit my family, I love that NU hotel is right across the street. Location is key with this hotel! (It’s near almost any train you might need & it’s a hop, skip & a jump to Manhattan) Rooms are clean & quaint. The hotel has the friendliest & most helpful staff ever!

This is a great little hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and most of all, the rooms are very clean. Would for sure go back for our 4th visit. It is very convenient to many great restaurants and shops.

A great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. A special compliment to the manager, Steandly Eko, for helping us secure a ride to the airport. He went above and beyond to help us out. This will be our go to hotel when traveling in NY.
