Great decor & pool, but service & amenities left much to be desired. No valet parking & garage is a 7+min walk Tried checking in @ 1pm, said they’d call when room was available. Apparently their call went straight to voicemail around 330pm but didn’t leave a message or text. Confirmation email said check in was at 3, yet they insisted it was at 4 when I checked in constantly about the room. Called down for a steamer which never came. Had to call 2+ additional times before it was finally delivered over an HOUR later. Can’t use pool on day of check out at all. Impossible to get ahold of front desk via phone.

The pool area is very nice for drinks. The rooms are very small which would be ok but the service is terrible. I was put on hold for 15 minutes by the front desk with no apology. In my room the tv was broken, my room not cleaned, and bathroom door broken. This should not be rated a five star hotel. In addition was promised they would email my bill but its been two days and no bill. If you call no one answers. You are put on hold. Very disappointing place.

My boyfriend and I had the best time staying at the Williamsburg Hotel! Akto and Freddy made us feel so welcome while checking-in and took the time to engage in conversation. The staff from the rooftop to reception were all beyond personable and made us feel special. The room was beautiful especially as Akto was kind enough to assist in upgrading us to a room with a bathtub. Highly recommend!

My partner and I were excited to stay at this place for 2 nights. We really really wanted to love this place. We were disappointed as soon as we walked in. The entryway is super narrow. The toilet area, restroom area, bed area, terrace are SMALL. The entire room was just super small and made me feel claustrophobic. A for effort because the aesthetics are nice, but the room just isn't comfortable and cozy. There isn't much walking space at all. You're just confined to the most tiny area. The room lacks basic necessities. No microwave, super super tiny refrigerator that is filled with their overpriced drinks (no space to store any of your own personal items), no iron, no coffee maker. The terrace only has 1 seat. My partner had to stand up in order to accompany me on the terrace. I love my showers and I did not enjoy them here. The water would drastically change temperatures. Either freezing my body with cold water or burning me with the hot water. It wouldn't stay at a warm temperature. I requested ice since there are no ice machines on any of the floor. Someone brought up ice after 3 hours of my request, my dinner was already over at that point. And they failed to mention that it costs $5 for a bucket of ice. I was not made aware until checkout. Ice should be free for customers, just saying. You also get charged a resort fee. This includes wifi. Wifi should also be free for customers. The room is filled with dust! It worsened my allergies and caused a sore throat. I am disgusted with this place and the service. My partner and I love staycations but we will not return here. It was a complete waste of money.

The vibes at the hotel restaurant are immaculate. I came with a group of friends for high tea on a Saturday afternoon and they had a live jazz band. Very chic & Juan was the best server! Can’t recommend this spot enough.
