Clean rooms. Typical NY small hotel rooms. Free breakfasts are good. Great location. Very accessible to subway. Walking distance to many restaurants. Manager and staff very helpful and friendly. Most important to us was that this hotel is very clean.More

I haven't been back to Brooklyn since, but there was a number floating around for them on the internet you could try calling to see if they actually have a front desk.
