Absolutely everything was broken and not maintained. Immature staff who give attitude when trying to address issues. Only good thing is the location. Do not stay here! Pikes landing is a much better hotel. You are able to view Northern lights from Pikes lobby.

Nonetheless there are no excuses for less than a very favorable stay and again our most sincerest apologies for what may have caused you discontent. Hotel's Favorite
The Bridgewater Hotel is a comfortable place to stay. It is clean, and comfortable and the shuttle was on time. The staff were nice, and they allow for a 12-noon checkout time if needed. Nice hotel to stay at.

when i came to Fairbanks, i never expected that it is so hard to find a taxi. my alaskan airlines landed in Fairbanks from Seattle at 2.am. there is no bus, and no uber or lyft. call a local taxi but no one answer the phone. so i stranded in fairbanks airport. our last hope is to call the bridgewater hotel hopes that they want to pickup me and my wife in the airport at 3 am. and thank god finally we can go to the hotel with their shuttle pickup.. thanks to all the staff in bridgewater hotel

Comfortable rooms with good views of the river (unfortunately completely frozen). Near a number of eateries I wanted to try but ran out of time. Flexible on check out time and understanding about last minute changes. So what was wrong? A minor quibble but the breakfast is NOT complimentary. You have to pay. And it’s a not-great microwaveable, pre-packaged breakfast sandwich which you fix yourself.

Outstanding hotel staff but the rooms were so small that we had to get creative with our luggage and managing in the bathroom. Would be better if a solo traveller were staying. The beds were comfortable. It is an older hotel that is in need of a makover. The location is great for walking to restaurants, bars and shops.

Fine hotel located right along the Chena River in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. Clean, comfortable room. Parking lot lights are too bright to see the northern lights. If you are aurora watching in winter, you'll need to drive out of town. By the way, there is a convenient, great little Thai restaurant just across the street behind the Bridgewater.

Most of the staff was great. AC in the rooms didn’t work so they put a wet towel over it on the outside. They have the best lukewarm moldy air conditioning in Fairbanks! Don’t forget the empty coffee!

Do not stay here. They took my money, from my debit card only to tell me I couldn't check in. No resolution offered. They kept my money, I was out in the cold. The lady at the front desk was rude and abrasive.

We paid quite a bit for our stay at Bridgewater and were disappointed about the up keep and looks of the property. Location was mediocre. Did not over any breakfast for the price. We expected to go out the front door and walk around the area, but were afraid to do so. I would recommend lowering the price by 50% and then it may be worth it.

We are located in the heart of downtown Fairbanks near many great shops and restaurants. Unfortunately being downtown also means that we have some homeless people who will pass by the hotel. Sadly this is a problem with many cities, but also not an excuse. We do have a front door that is locked overnight to ensure the safety of our guests, and can only be opened with key card access. We also have staff on property 24/7 to ensure safety and answer any questions you may have. We appreciate your feedback and business.
