We were a group of four couples staying at the B&B. We arrived later in the evening, and Melanie was there to welcome us and get us checked in. The rooms were very comfortable and we used the common area a lot. Breakfasts were wonderful and on our last day, we had to leave for the airport by 4:30am. Melanie...

We booked 3 separate stays here in a short period of time to accommodate trips to the Arctic Circle and Denali. I told my husband I hoped we liked it since we were going to keep coming back. It turned out to be one of my favorite places I've ever stayed, so no regrets! It was so beautiful and the...

We love our trip to Fairbanks last year! Telsie and her staff took great care of us. The breakfast was amazing. She even accommodated my wife's dairy allergies and made food that she could eat. The room we stay in was amazing and the city of Fairbanks was a blast. We went in February and went skiing, dog sledding, visited...

Getting to Fairbanks @ 2am? No issue! Just enter the door code and you're in. Grumpy in the morning? No issue! They make delicious breakfast and are way too kind. It's hard to be in a bad mood. Definitely going back. And oh yeah, the prices are awesome.

The innkeepers do a great job and have a beautiful, comfortable home! Telsie served us the freshest, most delicious breakfast on Christmas morning- what a treat! Our room (Mary Lee Davis ) was spacious with a very comfortable bed. It has a great kitchen that would easily accommodate an extended visit. I will stay here every time I visit Fairbanks!

I really enjoyed this accommodation in the heart of Fairbanks. Staff bent over backwards to make sure that I had a comfortable stay, from organising a late evening check-in to preparing the most delicious and generous breakfasts around. There was a constant supply of snacks available and staff even baked one morning. The building itself is a museum piece and...

I want to start by saying, my daughter planned our trip. I am not a bed and breakfast guy and wasn't looking forward to staying at one. WOW did Melanie at the Alaska Heritage House change my perspective! The house is a historic landmark which is impeccably beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfasts were Fantastic and our room as large, well-decorated...

We just returned from a week at the Alaska Heritage House and in all areas it far surpassed our expectations. The interior is incredible. It is one of the oldest homes in Fairbanks and every aspect, including all the furnishings makes you feel that you are living in a glorious past. The breakfast is full, delicious and varied every day....
