Was not sure what to expect here. But this was amazing ! We had the Garden Suite and it was wonderful. Sort of by itself. I think there is about 6 rooms in the house. The house is on the Historic Registry. Goes back to the early 1900's. It has been well kept and a great place to stay in Fairbanks. Melanie is absolutely terrific. Breakfasts are great and we met some good people while staying there.

Stayed here a couple of nights whilst travelling. An amazing old building filled with great historical character. Maintained history without detrimental effects to the ambience. Our host Melanie was delightful and made some of the tastiest breakfasts we have had on our holiday. May not be motel 5 stars but is definitely a B&B 5 star. A wonderful experience staying here.

This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. My wife loved the "old world" charm and the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was wonderful and there was a nice area of "snacks" and coffee for the guests. A beautiful place to stay in Fairbanks.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, the room was large, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the Williams room. We did have a shared bath and we only had to share it with one other room. The bathroom was also clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave before the included breakfast would be served. We asked if it were possible for us to get a muffin or toast to take with us. We were each given a bag with an amazing breakfast in it - egg and cheese english muffin sandwich, an orange, grapes, and more. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. We wish we could have stayed there longer, would definitely stay there again if ever in the area in the future, and would recommend this place for sure.

We stayed here for one night. The reception we received when we arrived was lukewarm. No introductions. Not sure whether this was because owner was surprised by three men. We had two rooms. One had AC. Ours did not which I had never considered checking. Room was very warm and it was challenging to sleep. Also smoke detectors kept on going off due to battery. Huge Tv in room and room was a nice size. When we checked out next day, we asked whether we could leave luggage until later in the day since our flight was not until 9PM. No help from B&B which way challenging as we had nowhere to go.
